Okay I've downloaded the installer from the testers website and installed the client but whenever I start up I get a stopped working error before anything can even happen. I'm not quite sure what's wrong with it I'm pretty sure my PC is fine so I have no clue what I'm supposed to do now.
So... It's confirmed that we can't post videos? I have a shitload of them here...

If you are having trouble with the download, go to your documents, my games, final fantasy XIV beta, downloads, ffxiv-beta, <number folder>,metainfo <patch that you tried to download>. Make sure you download the right one as well, each patch is a .torrent file. After you have finish downloading it, go to the patch folder of the number folder you went to, and replace the file in there. Launch the game and it will download...
seriously, it's not that hard to do and believe it or not, it's much more faster.
also this is the first time that I've crashed when looking at the quest log.
I need to find a good settings combo.
Playing on highest gives me an average of 17 FPS.
Playing on lowest gives me funny enough, a lower amount of FPS.
I got out of bounds earlier today, awesome :v:

ok, I've completed that "something hot" or whatever quest, usually that quest you get when you first walk into quicksand... now what do I need to do, as I already done did all of the fighting leve quests.
it's weird how you get more crafting leve quests then fighting leve quests.

Go to another city for more BattleCraft Leves, or wait till they reset in a 48 hours period. The problem is that it's impossible to find out when exactly that is, because it's your 48 hours, it's a server time. But hopefully sometime tommorow.

Downloading patches is a bit of a hassle but it's nice to see them pumping out daily bug fix updates.

overall, I still don't like how the game state is... although I get it what's going on a bit, but it's all too slow, and nothing very attaching.
One thing that this miss out is voice acting for the cut scenes, in almost every final fantasy games from X to current, even on other games such as The Last Remnant, has voice acting in it that was pure awesome... It's too bad they didn't add that quality in this game, and now all the cut scenes seem very... boring and uninteresting.
I still think they need to make thing's more simple... a simple menu, Loot should be auto-picked up unless your in a party, and have that dice roll option. there should be more quest for fighter's. The map should not be fixed on character (this make traveling a lot difficult). Anima should be increased to 12 per day, instead of 4, make going back and forth a bit more easier.
Right now after you completed your first plot quest, it's get boring from there. I wish there was more plot quest and so therefore I'm thinking of stop playing this game.

Loot is auto picked up aslong as you ignore it

Yeah you can easily notice in girdania zone, each section that is rectangular on the map with water going across the middle is the same

It only seems to be uploading now instead of downloading.
