Servers are live. Game releases in 2 1/2 hours here. I'll have my copy tomorrow afternoon after work!
So, I and several colleagues bought the collectors. Though the account creation site is down, what type of early access is this?
Playing on Cornelia. Play on that server if you want to play with other Facepunch members.
So many things about this game look fun... except the combat.
It just looks so slow and boring, I'm not saying that that makes it a bad game, just less appealing to me.
Or am I wrong and should get this game anyway?
So how is it? I became rather unsure if I wanted to buy it or not counting in the issues it had in beta, like the lagged up menues and the overall low FPS even with a better computer.
What I am most worried about was how slow it was to load other players and NPC's.
Is all that fixed? Haven't found any kind of patch notes with changes from beta to live.

This. I'm very unsure if i want to buy it..
The only thing I really worry about if the delays and lag is fixed, everything else about the game was just loveable.
They said all those issues would be fixed by release. They added hardware mouse support, unsure how well the menus work though.
Char. Name is Edreden Solenius on Cornelia, so... ya..
Finally got my copy. Installing. Got everything all registered and patches all downloaded already.
So far so good. The game is performing better, definitely. The UI is pretty snappy, especially everything related to combat. I feel like there's no lag anymore + the hardware mouse makes it even smoother.
I'll hopefully pick up the Collector's Edition tomorrow or Sunday. Looking forward to playing the game.
No stores has it here, i'll have to order it online :saddowns:
Holy shit I'd never seen this until today, watching the videos on Youtube are making me really excited since I quit WoW. xD

And that's all I needed to know, thanks. Buying it as fast as I can.
So I decided to get it aswell... except for the fact that it isn't out for another week and Civ V is breathing in my ear, whispering me to buy it.
Gonna get it asap though.
Well, might aswell buy it, where can i buy it online cheapest?
hows the game-play style? Is it similar to Vindictus? or more you hit I hit crap :|
I think the battle regiment system will be fun. It's like a better version of skillchains from FFXI. Hopefully they have cool effects (I haven't seen them happen in-game yet)
What's the easist way for a friend of mine to get the game data without needing the game disk?
Download the iso for the setup. It's not warez. You're just getting the files, you can't do anything with them beyond install the game. Still need a key and an account to play, so why would he need to do this? No disc drive?

No because I can't really mail him the install disk, since I don't know where he lives and he lives in the US of A.
Plus I wouldn't give out my address to my ~internet bros~ no matter how cool they might be :ninja:
So from what I understand you're not tied to a specific class, but instead your class changes depending on the equipment you're using?
Or am I getting it wrong?

nope that's about right.
Also, any reason why the registration process would ask Scout1 for a credit card even though he's using the buddypass code I sent him? I don't think it should be doing that.
You apparently have to brazenly go ahead clicking next in the 'Add crysta' section until it shows up that you have a discount. The hell were they thinking?

So yes, issue resolved.
What's the thing where you can only get exp for 8hrs a week or something?
It'd be great if people would quit running their mouths about the surplus system considering it's pretty great.

Anyone know if there will be any trials?
And how much will it cost monthly?
