From what i remember, rockstar doesn't present at E3.
And i believe take two does for them, but i see if i can dig up some E3 info from 2004 which was around when GTASA was released and E3 should of been around then.

Episode 3 isn't being made and doesn't have pics.
Saints Row 3 is not yet being made. The page you gave us is UNOFFICIAL.
All those other games are either fake, not being made, but some of them can be true.
