There's not been any details, everything is speculation at this point.
If they want to sell big their gonna have to do it in San Andreas, or expand on that kind of gameplay/features and create a completely new city. It'd be pretty fun if they did a London game again.

I think it's extra likely straight after they've done Red Dead: Redemption, which was the first attempt at wildlife and open world in that engine...

In the Valve office it does, in a folder on 5 different computers that has a pass code that randomly renews and randomizes the password every 5 minutes. You have to have the electronic security code generator (that's synced with the folder) which only Gabe has. Good luck.

This is what I fear. Their staying strapped to the GTA4 mechanics too much and I don't want a GTA4 clone. It could be better. Don't be saying "why fix what isn't broken" because it's a far from perfect thing to work off. Do note that they've got Max Payne 3 and supposedly LA Noire still in the works. Not to mention they dodge expo's as much as possible.
