Rockstar Games is the parent of Rockstar north despite being founded ten years after Rockstar North. Rockstar North is Owned by Infogrames. I've only seen the Rockstar Games and the Rockstar North logo on their games.

Natural Selection 2 is being developed by Valve. Just like Overgrowth is being made by Ubisoft and Spelunky was made by Square Enix?
