How is it dumb to be able to heal 700+ every time you use your soul ring and ultimate? It's a great investment so you can farm the jungle very well during the 10-25 minutes and then come out with an orchid and MKB/BKB? You farm crazy fast with it.

Oh, sorry, didn't examine your quote well enough. PA needs mana as he has two spells that orient around his playstyle. So unless you have a Kotl or tons of arcane boots around you should invest in a soul ring, as you can escape and nuke with it.

Yeah but Tranquil Boots seems weird, it uses a lot of mana, I would probably recommend a Ring of Aquila and a Bottle instead of Soul Ring and Tranquil Boots.

25 mana is a lot of mana?
Bottle is 600 gold with limited charges, and a soul ring is an long term investment. Aquila is good, but doesn't grant you the bursts of mana that you need with your nuke.

Soul ring, spirit lance, tranquil combo gives you a free Spirit Lance every 20 seconds for 10 mana. It's really really good.

It just doesn't do much in early game, and you gain even less damage from it. If you rush it, it gives you PERCENTAGE BASED bonus damage, Meaning it only goes strong if you have good BASE STATS.

The reason you get it isn't for your own personal damage, the whole point is that it's a push strat so the aura affects all creeps and all heroes, giving your team a significant advantage in a 5v5
2000 gold on a bunch of very mediocre bonuses isn't really a 'significant advantage' though
that's nearly a mekansm's worth of gold which would be far better for a teamfight
especially on an antimage, it would be a hell of a lot better to farm up 200 more gold and get a vanguard instead

And with NP, stacking easy camp + killing other camps with treants Vs teleporting strat?

how does a vanguard help a pushstrat, it doesn't. I'm not saying it's #1 item every game, all im saying is you can do it in a push strat because the aura helps the whole team.

Get a Midas at 8 minutes if nobody is going to interrupt your farm at all.
Also I've never had to stack camps to get it unless I'm about to kill the camp near the minute marks, so doubling up camps won't work as well like it would for axe or dark seer as far as I know.

The reason you'll pick a carry sometimes in a push strat is simply just to be "safe" if it goes later than anticipated, do none of you even watch competitive?

But he still shouldn't be with his team in the early game. he should be out farming while they are doing the pushing.
if you wanted some late game security you'd pick somebody who is also useful in the early game rather than needing to farm, because that weakens your early game considerably and almost certainly ensures you'd end up in the late game anyway, basically nullifying the entire point of your strategy.

Closing notes: Vlad's rush on AM is always, under any circumstances, terrible. If you are going for a push strat, you just fucking grab heroes that can push instead of picking up a hard carry and shooting yourself in the foot on both fronts.
i'm relatively new to this game and i told everyone it was my first time as silencer
we were facing a fed tinker (19/2/25) and i ulted either between a reload or a laser almost everytime
everyone started yelling at me for ulting at the wrong time
when am i supposed to ult as silencer against a tinker? he was the only real threat, doombringer was just a huge meatshield who did no damage

In middle of teamfights, your ult only lasts a few secs, nothing stops tinker to rearm again after your ult is over. Also if they didnt had many spells dependent heroes maybe Silencer wasnt the smartest choise.

it was tinker, pugna, lina, doombringer and sniper
Then you should have ulted at the start of each teamfight, Lina and Pugna have fairly slow cast animations so it's gonna be hard for them to start casting spells when the silence wears off since your team should be on top of them wrecking everything.
I keep having mana issues with Mirana. Any thing I should do to counter that? Or should I just use spells less?
