I had some great times playing this game co-op with my brother. A rare gem in the strategy games market, where using tactics and diplomacy actually work.
Would anyone want to play some online games? I have my disks ready to install here
I'm kind of bored of this game, used to play it alot though.
Me myself prefer Empire Earth II or Age of Empires II.
I need to reinstall, it's still my favorite rts though, add me if you fancy a game.

This game brings me back. Although my friends always checked off that the nukes were disabled when I started spamming them and getting the Armageddon counter down to zero.
Are there any online retailers that sell this game, like steam, impulse or D2D?
EDIT: Just checked on those 3 sites, it isn't not on there, and it's not on Good Old Games or the EA store, either.
It's a shame I can't play this on my netbook because the game doesn't support resolutions below 1024*768

Actually, it should.
1. Go to: C:\Users\*yourname*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Games\Rise of Nations
2. [B]Search[/B] for rise2.ini* (you have to have started the game at least once for it to show up)
3. Edit the line "AllowAllResolutions=0" to be "AllowAllResolutions=1"
*If you don't have the Gold Edition or the expansion then you will edit rise.ini

Mine won't update so We'd haft to play the first one.
Well I have to download it somewhere, I still got my key but the cd is gone.
I may wind up doing this ^. My CD is too far gone to use. :(
Somehow my disk fixed itself. Good thing, too. My graphics card has been fucked for the last week or two and I couldn't play anything apart from Mechwarrior 4.
I play it with my friend colinz(Steam Alias). Multiplayer ftw.
