I really liked Call of Duty 3's multiplayer, but I hated the single player.
Could you add a little bit on Call of Duty 2: Big Red One? Me and my Dad used to play that game together a lot.

Why is the OP making a thread about CoD if he hasn't even played most of them? Not to mention the false and downright wrong information as well as the MW 1 and 2 emphasis.
Not to mention CoD3, in my opinion, was amazing. It looked great and played out relatively well too. I think it's a worthy sequel for the series on it's own.
It has some of the best grass I've ever seen in a game.
1 was great. 2 was the same but nice graphics and new theatre.
4 was ok imo but i just prefer the ww2 setting.

I don't know about you guys, but personally, in order for something to be considered a megathread, I think you may need to go into a bit more detail than this, maybe add some more pictures, a video or two, hell, maybe even play the games you're writing about?
Also, you didn't list United Offensive here, which is often considered to be the best Call of Duty game of all time, and still has a very active community that is separate from the original game.

Yeah,I actually enjoyed CoD 3.
I don't understand why people always call 3 and treyarch. They're not bad.
You essentially missed the most important call of duty ever made.

It was without doubt the best, it took the original game and improved it tenfold, it may well be an expansion pack but it is so big it might as well be a game in it's own right.
As far as i am concerned, call of duty went down hill from then on. That don't mean the newer ones are rubbish, but it does mean they are no where near as good.

CoD 2 MP: Basically the same as CoD1, pick a class and go to town! Smaller maps, and a more CS feeling.
