Yeh build up some dead in multiplayer and use throwing knives, people think you are a god.

The camera is alright and you can disable auto-centering.

Can you like shoot a Cougar in the legs and make it run/walk more slowly?
I'm trying to get the Buffalo Rifle but I need to kill 2 Cougars with a knife, I can't even dodge them because they're so fucking fast and I die in 2 hits.
Any advice?

I haven't seen a cougar yet (even after 15 hours of playing. I hope I find some in the West Elizabeth area) but I'm 90% sure you can shoot them in the legs to slow them down, yes.

Dead Eye them in the arse. When I do that (with a springfield) they kinda lose interest in me. Then I stab them.
But that's only happened once so far. I too am trying for the Buffalo Rifle.

Warhorse seems to be useless to me so far. Anyone can keep up with you. I guess the only difference is travel speed. But bandits and shit always keep up or go faster.

Thanks, I'll try it tomorrow. I hope the Rifle is worth it because I died over 10 times and didn't even kill the first one, I have no experience in melee fighting. :saddowns:
yeah, it's kind of a pity you can't smoke cigarettes like he does in some of the cutscenes.

They should have a cigarette / cigar item, which you smoke for 5 minutes and during that time your Dead Eye meter regenerates a little bit faster than normal.
I wouldn't mind just having one for the sake of having it, simply for aesthetic purposes

It's not even anything like GTA besides the fact that it's free roam and you can shoot anybody / steal things. There are a ton of significant differences and random events, an ENTIRELY new setting with a great story.
I want this damn game! Argh.. I don't get paid until Friday but luckily my birthday is next Monday :q:
hell it must be better than gt4 as im progressing with the story quite nicely and is keeping me hooked
i got bored of gta 4 really quickly and never got off the first island becuase the story wasnt very exciting
