Alright, I was just making sure I didn't glitch out, or anything.
Where do you go to for I Know You after the first task?
-snip- my sister is cool.
I thought that the [sp]i know you[/sp] guy was god and when [sp]John marston[/sp] dies, he would appear at the grave and say like "your job is not done yet" and you get to continue as [sp]John marston[/sp].
Where do you go to for I Know You after the first task?
It was in mexico somewhere.
[sp]After you complete the game, can you still do stranger tasks, and everything you could do before?[/sp]
Yes.
[sp]You can even do tasks that were started by John and not finished. In some cases, the strangers make comments on how you look like your father and such.[/sp]
To get 100%, do I just need to complete all missions, stranger tasks, challenges etc? Or do I need to get the achievements too?

Ah nvm
I had fun in free roam yesterday. Was doing hideouts with random people. I found these two guys doing it and we were all riding on a stagecoach. The guy riding inside accidentally shot his friend. When his friend caught up I let him drive, and the guy started aiming at me. I thought he was going to shoot me so I shot him and he fell out the coach. Then I felt bad because he got really angry and ragequit saying "I'm just gonna go play modern warfare 2 now, cause that guy shot me"
The game is amazing. I just wish I could stay in a multiplayer game for more than ten minutes. :saddowns:
[sp]I think the I Know You Stranger is John's subconscious knowing he is about to die. The Stranger is dressed as an undertaker too. The guy saying he is an accountant of sorts might be a joke about maintaining balances, and death being the great equalizer. The tasks he gives John are like a measurement of his character before he dies. Undertakers measured people to, although it was to determine what size coffin they got. lol[/sp]
Is it just me who really doesn't like how the law system works? I swear I keep doing something like hog tying someone while no one else is around and someone from a mile away will witness me somehow. Then when the lawmen start chasing after me, they somehow always know where I am, even if they can't see me. I thought it was supposed to be really easy to get away from the law "Put on bandanna and hide behind a rock", but it doesn't work. They can see me through walls/mountains aswell.
I was in a small room and I hogtied the other guy in there and somehow someone in the next room witnessed that (X-ray vision I guess). So I went into his room and hogtied him. Then someone outside witnessed that and somehow had managed to run really far at the same time.
It's really annoying me, it's kind of ruining the entire game for me.

Reminds me of Oblivion.

Complete it 100% and get the Beuareuarhaeu outfit, then you won't have any problems.

That outfit with the bandanna makes you look like a true gentleman badass.

I've noticed this, i ended up killing about 8 people once since they were all witnesses etc
Just finished it finally. Would have been sooner if I had realised the game wasn't saving for some reason and had to restart it and lose a lot of progress.
Did you not sell any of the treasure? You get $4000+ from it.
I kept all my treasure, and never sold it, the prices for them continually raised throughout the game, whether it was from my increasing fame, or just simply because they actually increase in value. I still haven't sold them, but I am starting a new game, so it doesn't matter much. When I first got the first piece of treasure I think it was worth around $100 but at the end it was $400 or $500.
Just finished the game
[sp] I damn near shed manly tears when John died, I saw that Ross dude in the crowd after, I even went back loaded my save and did that mission AGAIN to see if I could kill him with the dead eye, but it didn't work, I need to go hunt down that fucker now though, however jacks voice is SO FUCKING ANNOYING, his balls need to drop then maybe I'll enjoy playing as him.[/sp]

[sp] I think a stranger Quest as Jack lets you kill him[/sp]

I don't think they grow in value as a whole, but you get more money for the second one than the first, and so on.
Is this game ever going to come out for the PC?
I'm hunting bears in Tall Trees right now, what's the best place to sell?
I hate how, when you are looking for bears, they always come from behind where you are looking and maul you.

What the shit, I headed over to Tumbleweed to check out this ghost thing, I shot out all the lights in the basement and heard nothing, no talking or anything but I see a dead man on the ground and I look down to loot him and I see 2 dark holes in his face, his eye sockets, he had no eyes and his nose was stretched up between them, I ran out side and seen this on another man but he had no eyes and his nose was streched over his mouth
Is this for real now?
I don't think they grow in value as a whole, but you get more money for the second one than the first, and so on.
No, before I even got the second one the first one had grown in value. I do realize that they are all worth different amounts, but that is not what I am talking about.
Guys I was just checking on my stats and...

I knew that wasn't what you were talking about. Maybe I shouldn't have sold them so soon.
I just realized i've gotten about 1/2 way through the game (I'm finishing up missions in Mexico) wearing my Bandanna the whole time...and i don't have shit as far as fame or honor goes.
Damnit.:downs:
