That's just Fox's Machinima thing where they showed some of the cut scenes edited together.
No, you are incorrect. [release]No. A Short Film Made From Red Dead Redemption is not a prequel – instead, director John Hillcoat was given free reign to use the world of Red Dead Redemption as his own personal film studio, manipulating characters, animals, sound and weather to create his own personal vision of the first chapter of Marston's story – his quest to capture Bill Williamson. By capturing gameplay footage and editing cutscenes, Hillcoat and editor Barry Alexander Brown were able to create a unique short film that deals with one specific slice of the game's story. (Confession - there are about two or three lines of dialogue we re-recorded for the piece, and a couple where we had to remove bad language. Otherwise it is 100% from the game.)[/release] They use more than just cutscenes.
I really hope my copy comes in tomorow, they said it would be in store tuesday D:
Was the machinima shown already?
I have enough cash to buy the Kentucky Saddler Deed.. how does it work though.. do I still need to go and tame a wild Kentucky Saddler or will the purchasing of said Deed put it at the nearest Hitchpost or something?
No, you are incorrect. *snip* They use more than just cutscenes.
Well I didn't see the thing. I don't get Fox.
Only answer the question below if you've complete the main story. [sp]If I head to Agent Ross now for the first time will my game finish or is there more to do?[/sp]
No, after you meet Ross for the first time there is like 4 missions before [sp] You get the chance to meet your family where there is two missions before the end.[/sp]
You have to break the horse in the wild before you can buy the deed for that horse. Also, if your horse dies, you go to the inventory and click the deed and whistle and that horse will come. It has unlimited uses.
Was the machinima shown already?
They say that there is going to be an extended version that will be on the internet at a later date.
No, after you meet Ross for the first time there is like 4 missions before [sp] You get the chance to meet your family where there is two missions before the end.[/sp]
Oh, I was thinking something else, I think most people know what I am talking about.
Well I didn't see the thing. I don't get Fox.
I haven't seen it yet either, that thing I posted is what Rockstar has said about it. I am waiting for the extended version.
They say that there is going to be an extended version that will be on the internet at a later date.
Fucking awesome. Thanks.

Does this mean I probably broke one in without realizing it was that type of horse and let it go or forgot about it?
Yeah, you had to have broken one.
-snip-
That's weird. I guess I'll buy the deed and get that horse, I'm sick of my slow horse and I never bothered to get another one.
If anyone wants to do some RP-ish freeroam this weekend, my gamertag is II JOBEN II
Wow, Rp RDR would be epic. Anyone up for this on PS3? If so add Passpertout
What the fuck.. I just went to do the first mission for that english doctor and we were just about to mount our horses to find Dutch.. but it won't let me mount my horse.. the horse just backs away and it won't let me on. Wtf
Put your bandana on (If you don't want to lose honour), shoot the horse, and call another.
Doesn't matter, I just restarted the mission and it works now. I feel bad shooting horses lol glitched or not.
I only do it when needed.

(No major spoilers don't worry.)
It wasn't a glitch, your horse just hates you. He'll kick you off soon. Right at an important part.
He'll make sure you are by a cliff/gang hideout. [editline]03:25PM[/editline] The news is on my TV and someone named "Hannah MacFarlane" just won a horse related event :v:.

I was only ever kicked off my horse once, and then after that I figured out how to make my horse sprint infinitely without it losing any stamina whatsoever. As I am sure you all know, you can make your horse run faster up to a point, and when you hold A, this point is where it can hold steady at without the horse losing stamina. The tutorial then tells you that you can tap A continuously after this point to make it run 1 tier faster than the holding speed but you will lose stamina and then at that point you must hold A and hold steady at the slower speed than sprinting in order to regain stamina. Well, if you tap A only every 4 hoof cycles (You hear all 4 hooves hit the ground at approximately the same time, That is 1 cycle) just hit A every 4 cycles and the horse will remain sprinting the entire time, and it won't lose any stamina. I am telling you this because I find it really annoying having to wait for people in free roam who don't know this trick, or glitch, or whatever you want to call it.
But the you can do Tumbleweed twice in the time that it takes to do Pike's Basin once, and soloing Tumbleweed gets you around 1,500-1800xp every time [editline]01:05AM[/editline] I hate that piece of shit. Any quick-firing pistol beats it anyday. High Powered Pistol, Mauser, Semi-Automatic pistol, Double Action Revolver, etc..
That son of a bitch is hard to dodge. Bullets flying everywhere at the speed of light with those dang modded controllers.
The mauser can be essentially a machine gun, since it's very easy to just tap the trigger extremely fast.
That son of a bitch is hard to dodge. Bullets flying everywhere at the speed of light with those dang modded controllers.
You're probably just being Dead-Eye'd.
I got this funny glitch where the horses' hooves are stuck in the ground, so the wagons spaz out because they are stuck, and you can't move anywhere. I tried playing the wagon race level and everyone was stuck, which was funny, so randomly a cart would get unstuck and a dude would fly 100 feet somewhere.
