seeing as you would need live to get the coop, maps and what ever else, probably not.

I always teabag a team that's doing better than me when I kill them. Rubs it in just enough that they may slip up. It's worked a few times, but not often enough to be relied on.

In Reach it's as simple as putting on the Purple and Next Gen (Maybe it was another one) visual effects on the map.
I'm assuming this is what they mean by nighttime forge maps for Halo 4, but slightly less hacky than before.

To be honest a lot of that article says the same things we already knew from RTX.
Someone post about the Halo mod for Crysis 2. Looks fuckin neato to me.
If we're thinking of the same one, there isn't much to show :/
Galaxy of Combat isn't a Crysis 2 mod, it's a standalone game using that free Cryengine 3 SDK.

Filter trickery can't stand up to true night time in the game. The filters make everything look distorted and hard to see, instead of being true night.

She wasn't very detailed about the "night time option".
For all we know it's just a more advanced graphics filter that creates a better "night" effect than the other darkness filters.
