I thought the same thing, but came to the conclusion that there is nothing underneath the construction platforms, which would indicate that they land mass will be moved to it's proper location, since installation 07b is suppose to be an exact duplicate of 07A.
Just speculation, can't say for sure.

The ring we are on at the end of Halo 3 is Installation 04B, which is an exact duplicate of the ring we destroyed in Halo CE, obviously under construction. The ark started automatically building it when the first one was destroyed. Now that we disabled the ark, the Halo array can't be fired, or rebuilt from there... For now.

The ring in Halo 3 was the the ring from Halo 1 being created again.
Plus I'd assume some buildings would look similar on the other rings, there is probably some basic design.

Correction though, it's Installation 04, not 07.
There were references to Cartographers on other Array installations. The Ark had one, Installation 07 had one, and I think Onyx had one.

I knew that but they still showed all of the files and the download links didn't say anything about it. I looked on their forums and they said they shut down the download to Xbox. I had to find someone with it, add them to my friends, and download it there via Halo 3.

There are about 9 343 Industries employees who worked for Bungie for multiple Halo projects, the rest are professionals of the industry. However Certain Affinity (The Guys who made Halo 2, Reach map packs, heavily involved in Halo Anniversary. And Halo 4's Forge mode) Consists of mostly former Bungie staff.
I have great confidence in 343 and their people. I wouldn't have pre-orded Halo 4 if I didn't.

Argh, I still have this one friend who's been saying he's not interested in Halo 4 because it's "going to be an unbalanced unlock-fest like COD and Battlefield", it "Lacks a custom games browser" (Good luck seeing something other than matchmaking in a Microsoft published game), "Is catering to the Halo 3.5 crowd with the BR coming back", and "Rather than the game actually being fun, It's basically just a Skinner box trap"
Can someone please give me some ideas on how to convince him otherwise off of his high-horse? I've exhausted all my arguments on why Halo 4 will be better than Reach.
