Halo was actually a game I came to love after reading all the story elements involved. I thought it was a pretty average shooter when I first played it, but the thing that always hooks me into a game franchise is the story and Halo has a hell of a story.

But this thread is maintenance by Facepunch users who are dedicated and knowledged of Halo. We discourage haters and inform the misinformed. Wait, Spartan Ops really is its own campaign? I just thought it was a series of missions that were fairly short and formed a cohesive arc. Holy shit, that's awesome.
