The head looks a bit to big in comparison to the body.

If it is coming with LE then it looks like a really good deal, especially depending on where you preorder from.
The armour pictured above is from the LE Game, not the console.

'omg the game isn't even out yet and they're making DLC' because most of the time DLC = Pay For in the console world.
The first season is free, that is 50 10-15 minute missions, for free.

Also considering they were talking about the inserection which was still a big thing in the beginning of the war.
I'd say the insurrection got even stronger during the war, as people thought the Covenant only had beef with the UNSC and would leave them alone, and the UNSC would probably have been even more vulnerable because they were too busy fighting the Covenant to worry about rebels
But yeah I'm pretty sure it's near the beginning of the war because they don't seem to know who the Chief is

Spartan Ops was designed as episodic content, and I highly doubt most of the content of season 1 will be ready upon release of Halo 4. The project is in continuous active development, and will be until they discontinue the game mode. It would be faster to install than download? How long does it take to download 100mb or less a week?
If you would be able to choose to be reborned as a alien from the Halo universe, what alien would you choose?
Personally i'd choose Kig-Yar, mainly because i think they're cool...
