This is the biggest problem for post-war Sanghelios, the Elites now have to sustain themselves but none of them have any sort of skill or trade outside of fighting, due to heavy reliance on the lesser races of the Covenant.
The Thursday War needs to come out sooner, I want more Sangheili society and other awesome things Glasslands had

That, and the social stigma regarding "lesser" classes. Warriors were held in the highest regard, but doctors are considered controversial, farmers and hard laborers are pitied, and scientists of any type are scoffed at.
Making Sangheili essentially a highly advanced barbaric society.
