How tall are Spartan IVs? It would be kind of silly if they're Chief tall because they're already fully grown adults.
Looking at the screen of Chief in front of them, I'd say around as tall as an average ODST

Halo has always had incredible music and very story oriented.
This thread is better than any Halo forum I've been to these past few days of new videos. It's getting really fucking irritating that everyone bitches about ANYTHING of the smallest details. I am an MLG kind of guy but I'm not whining like a girl on her first period like these other people who call their selves MLG. They complain about the sounds, the flag, how fast a gun shoots, how fast people die, just anything there is they will find a way to complain.

That's because "MLG" people are a bunch of babies who need special gametypes to be better at the game.

Not all of MLG players and wannabees are like that. Many MLG players are respectable, and can kick your ass without any sort of special gamemode or special treatment.

Oh yeah there's a bunch of actually good players out there but most of the what I've seen and heard from MLG just doesn't make me think "Pro". Although the worst part of MLG is probably it's community.

I like to play MLG for the competitive side, go to tournaments and what not but I also like to use every weapon in the game. My tradition for Halo is to play the whole campaign before I touch multiplayer.
I recently started hearing that every pro in MLG uses adderall for Halo all the time. Made me laugh at how pathetic and desperate these "Pros" need to play good and how I just need to be sober and do a good job.
Never really liked the mlg gamemode myself,also anybody else want Mendez to be in a Halo game because I gotta say he was probly my favorite character from the books.
I don't like how they've made CTF easier, Carrier gets a pistol, enemy carrier shows up on your HUD, and your Flag doesn't have to be home to score, but you can't drop the flag, so that stops you from passing it.
I'd say I want Chips Dubois to be in Halo 4, but considering that:
A. The only book he is mentioned in is The Flood (And he's renamed at that), with his fate left unmentioned
B. If he did survive past that point he probably died on Installation 05 considering it's casualty count
C. If he survived that somehow like the rest of the Marine_Generic_##'s, then he most definitely died on Installation 00 considering it's 98-99% casualties for the UNSC after the Flood showed up.

OK, I'm not the biggest fan of the Mk. 5, and I'm currently having an affair with the Mk. 6 over the ODST helmet, but seriously, those two are staples of halo, why were they not, like, the first ones to end up in halo 4?
Is Halo 2 worth playing? The copy I bought refuses to load past the second mission, and I can't find anything other than used copies for $30+ that I have no idea about quality wise (The first copy I bought was listed as good condition, and there's no real scratches on the disk, but it still refuses to work.)
I'm thinking at this point just to skip it and play Halo 3 instead, then go back later if I can find a cheap working copy.

Yes, Halo 2 is worth playing, if you're playing the PC version make sure you installed the entire game, and not the basic install that gets most of the data from the disc.

Halo 2 is probably one of the best in the series because it adds a whole lot of story to the Arbiter and the Covenant. The mutiplayer was absolutely amazing too, so yeah I'd recommend getting it.

I would get the PC copy (since it's like $15), but my PC isn't currently in a working state (I think the CPU is stuffed) and even then I think it's locked to GfWL?
To be honest. Who needs ODSTs anymore when we can have Spartan 4s?
