Games after Halo 4's release sure, but Halo 4 itself I think is unlikely. If they were going to release it on PC then why wouldn't they be more open about it? Obviously they may not know the correct specs at the moment but they could at least say that it would be on PC. Plus the reason I gave before of Halo = people buying Xbox 360s.

The fact is Halo's return the PC with Halo 4 is on the probability list, this has hinted at and discussed on several occasions despite your opinion. Why would they openly discuss plans that are possibilities? That's not how the gaming industry works. The Halo fanbase already purchase xbox's for the installments that don't exist on the PC. Windows 8 Xbox integration is confirmed to support popular Xbox titles in the future and will not simply be Xbox games, they will be proper ports. I'm going by insider sources, information publicly available, and first hand experence with the product, not opinion.
That being said, if this does happen, don't expect and announcement and or release for 2-3 years prior to Halo 4's release, just like previous PC installments.
Not this guy. I like to play MLG for the competitive side, go to tournaments and what not but I also like to use every weapon in the game. My tradition for Halo is to play the whole campaign before I touch multiplayer.
I recently started hearing that every pro in MLG uses adderall for Halo all the time. Made me laugh at how pathetic and desperate these "Pros" need to play good and how I just need to be sober and do a good job.
Add on to this, when I'm playing Halo Reach, sometimes people want to 1v1 me. (They have all MLG avatars and everything)
I say okay,
match ends, with me winning and they quit before the game ends
I love "pros"
Also, what's adderall?

Or Single Occupant Exoatmospheric Insertion Vehicle if you are feeling fancy.

They also complain so much about lag even if they have something like 50 ping(green?)
SO UH
I JUST RANDOMLY INHERITED A 39-INCH SCREEN LED TV
HALO 4 MY BODY IS READY
lucky you, I play on my monitor.

you jelly i've got a 72" 1080p tv or like a 150" projection screen?
it actually kind of sucks and makes it harder to play FPS games on that shit since you have to turn your head so much so i usually play on a monitor
I'm running my 360 off a 24" TV/Monitor, best of both worlds (Good quality panel because it's a monitor, good quality video input/processing because it's a TV).
Apart from the mid afternoon where the sun shines directly into my eyes and throws up glare everywhere.
Edit: Actually I hooked my old Xbox 1 up to it yesterday via AV inputs, the thing is barely readable.
I'm running on a shitty 15" monitor I got because because it was the only thing I could fit next to my laptop on my desk. :(
Since we talking TV's, I got a 32-inch TV/Monitor combo with HDMI inputs and resolution runs 1360x768, it's so purty
75" Samsung smart series 9000 LED. And thanks for the game being a native res of 720p the resolution won't be noticeably stretched. That or the 102" DLP projector at my parents house in the theater room, haven't decided. It's funny though, I built that room and setup, only used it once, moved out 2 weeks later.

Same size, same resolution. It's perfect for my room, even a bit bigger and it'd be a headache to play.
I miss that giant sentential that crushed your vehicle if you let it pick you up

Human Entry Vehicle, also called the Single Occupant Exoatmospheric Insertion Vehicle.

That was a bit melodramatic, considering they were just playing capture the flag.

More info on the Prometheans:
http://www.examiner.com/article/halo-4-promethean-race-details-from-the-october-issue-of-game-informer-revealed
[sp]The Knights are one of three subdivisions within the Prometheans.
Crawlers are basically cannon fodder to distract from the Knights.
Watchers are support units. They can shield knights, spawn watchers, resurrect knights.
Prometheans work together strategically.
Frankie's example of a Knight sniping him, he takes cover behind a column, Crawlers attack him by crawling down from the column.
Promethean weapons/equipment designed to fight Flood.
There are different variants of Knights, watchers, and crawlers.
Knight - Deadly warriors, use weapons like Light Rifle and Supressor.
Knight Lancer - Scouts and Marksmen, use Promethean Vision to locate hidden enemies
Knight Commander - Have skills of Knights, but can wield Incineration Cannons, stronger armor, Autosentry turrets
Knight Battlewagon - Rare but incredibly dangerous, huge frames draped in heavy armor and hardlight shielding, can deploy Autosentries, will wield Scattershot if you get too close. (Orange patterns through body and on face, orange spikes on back. Super badass!)
Watcher - Wield boltshots, summon crawlers, protect and resurrect Knights.
Crawler - Agile and move in packs, fire Boltshot from distance
Crawler Snipe - upgraded crawlers, no further details. I assume they keep larger ranges.
Alpha Crawler - Lead packs of Crawlers, has a Supressor [/sp]

My argument wasn't that Halo 4 would never be released on PC. It was that on November 6th when Halo 4 is released on the Xbox 360, it is unlikely that there will be a PC release alongside it. Since Halo 4 is only months away, you think they would be more open about it if they actually were.
It is obvious that they would release all the old Halo games including 4 on PC eventually. Once the new gen consoles are released they won't need to restrict the Halo games any longer to the 360.
Man with all this talk about ODST's n Halo 4 i feel like i need to say this;
Sure, ODST's are super-badass and skilled, but i gotta say that i respect the Marines alot more then the ODST's in Halo.
I mean the marines are almost always outnmumbered, they have minimal training compared to a ODST or Spartan.
If they get shot, they're like. "Plasma burn? F*ck that, keep pushing!"
UNSC would probably beat most modern-day armies in both combat and strategy.

On another note, took some photos yesterday of me, some marines and a couple o' covies:

Yes the marines may be outnumbered and have less training but the ODSTs volunteer for the shit they do and lose half of their force many times before they even hit the ground.

The best marine in the series is Johnson by pure badass level. All the way from Harvest to the near end of the Human-Covenant war.

Aren't they both equally brave? One is an spec-ops group just a little below spartans, the other are just rank-file soldiers.
In the end, they're still in the same shit now :v:

It is good

Can you spoiler tag those? I'm sure I speak for many people that we don't want to see anything campaign wise.
Yeah, sorry mate
The best marine in the series is Johnson by pure badass level. All the way from Harvest to the near end of the Human-Covenant war.
well he there's good reason for him being a badass
[sp]He was a Spartan I[/sp]
eh I think I'm gonna keep my preorder at the normal edition. $100 seems too much for what it offers, especially when I have very little money.
The best marine in the series is Johnson by pure badass level. All the way from Harvest to the near end of the Human-Covenant war.
He doesn't count, hes a Spartan.
Most badass marine is Jenkins, started off as a famer boy on Harvest, survived Reach and even resisted flood control.
Yeah, sorry mate
Much appreciated!

Arachnidus, if it's not too much trouble can you add a disclaimer about spoilers to the OP, and how they spoiler tags are required in this thread or something like that.
