Fred 104 showed up in the video
What time? I think I'm going to pick this thing apart.
I'm up for it. Let's play Hugeass!
I may relent on hugeass, I need my pelican fix :(
Snow Grove is pretty fun.
Agreed.
What time? I think I'm going to pick this thing apart.
Its during the next episode preview at the end.
I hope the episodes don't get shorter from here on out. Also, does anyone else think they should have just combined the first two episodes to make a half hour episode, since they're pretty damn similar? So basically, episode one = focuses on Lasky training in the academy, episode two = covenant attack, episode three = finale?
Anyone see Frankie in the new episode of FUD? His name was Beamish (he was in the scene after the fight broke out with Lasky and Vickers) Edit: Fuck didnt see that post'. Only saw the video about 30 minutes ago
youtube version. Also a certain someone from 343 shows up in this episode. See if you can find him. [hd]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K56gSEJ6IGc[/hd] [editline]12th October 2012[/editline] Damn it Bokito.
These keep getting better.
They feel too damn short :/
I may relent on hugeass, I need my pelican fix :( Agreed.
Hugeass is a terrible map.

How come the FUD has 15 year old Cryo Pods but prototype Battle Rifles? How come they're wearing clothes when in Cryo? Never the less I still enjoyed it.
[img_thumb]http://gyazo.com/87add3d2c6f7bed4607cfdec23f64d4a.png?1350047329[/img_thumb] In glorious 1080p for those that don't want to look for it.
Looks a bit too plastic like and how come it's so similar to the MK VI?
Fred 104 showed up in the video
Neat find! I love the MK V but how come he's wearing it?

Wait how come Fred is wearing MK V in this but later wearing the MK IV? I know that's only in Halo: Legends (which I absolutely hate even more than the books) but 343i still likes to call that canon so whats the deal?
I have a question, and perhaps this reflects my ignorance of the military, or Halo lore, or both. But why do cadets refer to anyone of higher authority as 'sir' no matter their gender? Is that a quirky UNSC thing?

It's correct to say both 'sir' and 'Ma'am' but 'Ma'am' is more proper.
That was awesome! [sp]His CTF tactic was genius![/sp]

Spartans dont really have unique personalities and wouldn't care what their armour looked like as long as it did its job. Besides as if a manufacturer is going to go out of its way to make a seperate set of armour just so they all look different.

Where does the UNSC regulations mention this? If we are still using gender specific honorifics in the 26th century, then we won't really have come very far. You were supposed to call any married woman you met in polite society this week Ma'am, but did you? Or would that have been awkward and a bit sexist? Although right now, as one gaf-er pointed out, you absolutely call female officers Ma'am. One new boot was told, "Did you just call me Sir!? Would you like me to pull out my dick and slap you with it?"
Hey guys, kinda entirely forgot it was Friday, so I'm going to set up a server in custom edition so we can play. The server name is Facepunch Halo, Password is facepnch. Map is Snowcast Server is off.

I don't know. Halo: Legends was garbage anyway. [editline]12th October 2012[/editline] Yeah I'm trying to join the server but it's not letting me in for whatever reason. [editline]12th October 2012[/editline] Figured it out, downloaded Snowcast to Halo Combat Evolved instead of Custom Edition. :v:

Hmm it doesn't seem to show on my server list. It can find about 500 servers but yours doesn't come up.
Sorry bout that, realized I didn't have snowgrove :v: Back up now [editline]12th October 2012[/editline] Am I that bad at this? :(

oh man just played some SWAT in halo reach and i forgot how insanely bad these spawns are [editline]12th October 2012[/editline] so many times where you can't even move from your spawn and you're dead within 2 seconds it's hilarious
i keep on forgetting, where on the Halo timeline does Forward Unto Dawn take place?
i keep on forgetting, where on the Halo timeline does Forward Unto Dawn take place?
2526 if I recall correctly.
2526 if I recall correctly.
not to good with years in the halo universe, is it like before the fall of reach or what?
not to good with years in the halo universe, is it like before the fall of reach or what?
Way before the fall of Reach. This is before the existence of the Covenant is known to general public. The fall of Reach to the end of events of Halo 3 was just under 6 months time. Halo 4 takes place 5 years after Halo 3, and FUD takes place around 15 years before the events of Halo 4. Please do correct me if i'm wrong. Not up to date on the timeline.
According to the leaker's "IAMA" reddit thread: No VIP Gametype No Assault Gametype You can disable radar No new Theatre features No Theatre rewinding - same 10 second jump like Reach Theatre confirmed for Campaign, Multiplayer and Spartan-Ops You cannot enable flag dropping or disable the auto-grabbing.
