I tried my friends name and it came up the same. I'm not sure if that's just a place holder for when the game releases or that's what everyone is going to look like when we boot it up for the first time.

Probably because they've put a ton of money into a marketing campaign that's focused around the fact that the game's coming out November 6th. These things are usually really well thought out.
