Read the description of Grunt Birthday, it says "HAPPY BOOM TIME!"
Maybe they've made the Birthday Skull act like the Halo 2 version again, where the Grunts actually explode. Also like the Funeral Skull in CEA

Honestly, should have pre-ordered when you had the chance. If you change your mind along the way because of something you don't like just downgrade to regular or cancel all together.
But as Pixel Ninja said, try Amazon.
I pre-ordered mine as soon as they became available, so instead of worrying if I can get one, I worry if I'll still get mine :v:

343 obviously put a new video in the Waypoint terminal and are slowly releasing the symbols for it.
