Uhh, that debris is from the FUD (I believe) and the planet is Requiem.
None of those Start Screen images have spoilers. I've seen the default Start Screen, that is it.

That's probably what the menu looks like once you beat the game or once you've gotten past a certain point. Kind of like in Halo: Reach where the menu's background would change depending on the mission you were on.

Well, the odds of Pete Stacker(voice actor) returning are pretty high based on how many characters he's voiced across the series, so I wouldn't be surprised if the character was wandering around somewhere.
