I'm not ashamed to admit this at all, I almost cried at the end of reach, I was starting to get nervous when [sp]the first crack appeared[/sp], I started to get a lump in my throat when[sp] I got swarmed by a bunch of elites and I was running, and almost out of ammo[/sp], I had to hold back tears [sp]as I died, I was kinda shocked at how abrupt the ending was.[/sp] Imo reach was a pretty decent game, not on the same level as the rest of the franchise, I'll give you that, but still an enjoyable play all the same. I never really used forge, I mean it was unbelievably fun when I had a friend of mine round and we went on some world you can edit in forge (the indoors one with the bridges) anyway we had hours of fun spawning rocket launchers and switching between orb and mc, while blowing each other to bits. I never liked the design aspect, I could never get it quite right, always something in the wrong place, or angle.

Yeah playing Reach again on Legendary brought back so many feels. It was just so sad that no matter what you were going to die but you knew you were going to go out fighting and the music at the beginning made it so much sadder. The chapter title especially was moving when it said "There'll be Another Time..."

I remember shouting "SUCK MY DICK MOTHERFUCKAS" while killing everyone easily on normal.
The only type of sorrow that I had was at the end cut scene when my character decided to turn beast mode off.
we still have to spoiler tag reach stuff?

Some people do it to be nice, but I stop tagging spoilers when a game is one year old.
So I had a friend made a poster for a Launch tournament for Halo 4 at uni. I think it came out rather well.

Wait, so the Halo 4 BR fires 6 shot bursts?

No, where did you hear that?
Drew something for the first time in months, figured I'd post it here, considering the content

Seriously can't wait for this game now. A few days ago I didn't really feel that excited, but it sort of suddenly hit me and now I can't stop thinking about how cool it's gonna be.
No, where did you hear that?
whoops. its just the way the bullets disappear off the ammo counter. looked like it was removing three off of each row
How is the feel of the BR on this one?
Is it any different from it was back on 3?

In Halo 4 the Battle Rifle is hit scan, meaning it damages targets as soon as you pull the trigger. In Halo 3, it used physical bullets, so you had to be more precise. It may be worth noting that the Battle Rifle was also hit scan in Halo 2.
Oh dang, really?
I much prefer hitscan guns, so that's a good thing for me.
Halo 3 used physical bullets? Did not know that.
Yeah, me neither. I was under the impression the Halo 3 BR was hitscan.

I can't draw Elite Armor for shit. I have to use the Arbiter's shitty armor if I want to draw anything halo rule 34 related.

Why am I getting gaybows it's a woman
After thinking it through, I think I'm going to buy Halo 4 maybe a month or two after it comes out, to see whether It's good enough for me or not.
Plus, the price drop is always nice.
It's just that you have to be skeptical about a new developer, if it was Bungie I would gladly buy it, but I'm not so sure about 343.

I would probably get it a week after release when I read reviews in this thread.

A few of my friends have pre-ordered it, so I'll play it with them and see for myself.

Whoop page king
Does 343 even have a support page? The people they use to sell the Halo 4 soundtrack still haven't responded to my support request after a week.
343 doesn't have shit as far as a direct a 'face' or community interaction goes. Bungie has their home page, 343 has BS angel :/
That's what I miss most about not having Bungie on halo anymore.
Its strange to find people that actually liked ODST
I'm going to replay through ODST this week. I always enjoyed playing a 'regular' trooper as opposed to superman. Not to mention my love for the soundtrack.
Playing as a spartan is fun too of course, but change is always nice.
Woah, there was debate about ODST being a good game? I loved that game. It was short, sure, but it made the most of it's time. The only mistake was MS charging full price for it. Other than that it's one of my favorite Halo games.
The vignette story line of ODST was great. The atmosphere was great. The soundtrack was beautiful. Only complaint about ODST was the animation in cutscenes (Everyone looked like puppets). Idk how people talk bad about that game.
Started replaying Halo 3. Didn't get very far before I had to stop and pre-order halo 4.
Can't forget the Firefly vibe.
Can't forget the Firefly vibe.
Considering that is my favorite show, the fact that Nathan Fillion was there just made the game that much more awesome.

And Mikey/Wash was still piloting stuff. Jayne got a little religious though.
