Alright, am I the only one who sees a serious lack of effort in the Halo 4 avatar items?
They look like they got crudely ripped, downscaled, and put on an avatar, unlike the ones for Reach and ODST where they outright got made from scratch for the avatar format.

They won't, the transaction was legit and now I owe WF $128. Which usually wouldn't be a problem but most of my assets are tied up in company and or financial investments, and payday isn't until next Friday. Which puts my Halo 4 LE at risk.....

It was a Con exclusive like E3 and San Diego Comic Con and maybe a few others. But if you go to the Halo 4 section on the avatar marketplace you can buy it there.
