Oh my god this is fucking awful.
What were they thinking? Looks WAY too much like Locust, especially the Grunts. The scales and skin color are really off. I know they're trying to go for a broken-down look since the covenant are essentially getting smashed, but you can do that while still looking cool. This just looks bad.
I don't understand the point of armor effects. They just look stupid in my opinion.

They're just supposed to be little quirks for multiplayer. Nothing special.
I just played me some Halo 3 matchmaking. While I find Reach's general gameplay better, I like Halo 3's maps way more...but still not as much as Halo 2's.

I had a dream that 343 released an optional free DLC that replaced some of Reach's models with Halo 4 models so we could get a better look at them.
If they remake Halo 2 I hope the multiplayer is the exact same as the original. I would love 343i forever and play it till the end of time.

To be honest I liked halo CE anniversary but I was hoping that they would redo CE and halo 2 and add all the weapons, enemies armor abilitys from other halo games

The only thing I didn't like about CEA was that they remade the cut scene animations and oddly enough they looked worse then the originals.

That would have been wrong IMO
Don't get me wrong, I love CEA like it is. But it would have been cool if they recreated CEA on the Reach engine, no new weapons or abilities, but just recreated the game on that engine.
So they could have proper ragdolls and enhancements that have come out in the last 10 years.
Fuck me, I want Halo 4. There is just so much want contained in my heart.

Since this is presumably at the beginning of the game, maybe when you go through the ship there are a few bits of Flood forms that have died off or are dying? Like, they try to skitter around a little bit, but just give up and die as you walk past them, or something?
