From what I gathered there are two different loadout menus. The one I posted was in game menus, and the one for another leak was the in game one. This is the ingame one.
So can you choose from either a custom loadout as well as one they already set up or is it just one or the other depending on the mode?

I may have access to the beta soon so if I do I will get back to you on that.

Stop getting me excited for this game, its not helping.
I want everyone to be advised. The Microsoft E3 press conference is kicked off by a 10 min preview of Halo 4's campaign. So if you didn't already know that, be sure to watch it. [editline]1st June 2012[/editline]
Stop getting me excited for this game, its not helping.
Try being 5 feet away from it and not being allowed to play it. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful for the first hand preview, but it was torture not being able to play.
Promo for Halo 4's E3 stuff. Contains some possibly spoilerific Campaign images, so be warned. It really annoys me when people say Halo is milked. http://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10150821514561765&id=93716346764&comment_id=21780082&notif_t=like
halo is milked rip halo good night sweet prinse
So about that wildlife 343, going to do something interesting with the animals or just put in useless birds we can punch to death and one level with two troll lizard monsters that don't get seen again
So about that wildlife 343, going to do something interesting with the animals or just put in useless birds we can punch to death and one level with two troll lizard monsters that don't get seen again
Reach was actually gonna have two additional animals, a porcupine and a space squirrel, but they broke everything else so they were canned. They would have CHANGED EVERYTHING
I'd like to see more animals, I want to ride into battle on the back of a "emu" (Would have been nice if they kept that in Halo CE) On another forum I'm on, people are complaining that the randomised weapon spawns in MP are going to kill the "skill" of spawn camping them. I think it'll be good though, won't keep being killed by the one guy who happens to know exactly where the sniper rifle spawns in every map (and has super human reflexes)
>spawn camping >skill the most ridiculed halo practice now the most requested wow never change 343/Bnet forum users you fucking retarded hypocrites
>spawn camping >skill the most ridiculed halo practice now the most requested wow never change 343/Bnet forum users you fucking retarded hypocrites
"Bring bak button combos bcuz they add skill, it's not cheeting it's what the kool kids do!"
They would have CHANGED EVERYTHING
Anyone remember the rats in Halo 3? They were hilarious. [editline]2nd June 2012[/editline] On Crow's Nest in the campaign [IMG_THUMB]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/75010084/halo3_116364217_Full.jpg[/IMG_THUMB] They were fun to fuck with. [editline]2nd June 2012[/editline] Man, Halo 3 sure had a lot of easter eggs, looking through the old community gallery of mine. A Canadian dollar, the DaVinci code, Jason Jones in boxer shorts, the guy on the balcony by the array dishes, the siege of madrigal song, the helmet ship, creepy Cortana pop-up, brute taking a piss, Frankie on the moon, the missing Jason Jones poster, the morse code, the dead seagulls, the carnage sign, grunt crossing sign, the hippo doll, the heart engraved on the tree, message on Longshore, Marathon logo everywhere, the single monkey man, the pirate poster, a family of monkies, elephant flipping, Chief's name on the shells (a step up from the hippos), the RvB dialogue, the talking grunt... The list just goes on. Anyone remember any more then these?
The list just goes on. Anyone remember any more then these?
"If console does not work please scream at the top of your lungs and pound the keyboard" I swear the first time I saw that me and my friends laughed our ass off..
That was Halo 2 though.
That was Halo 2 though.
My bad but thought we were talking about Halo Easter eggs in general...also the level 343 Guilty Spark....I turned the other way after exploring so much and seeing that marine in the distance
>spawn camping >skill the most ridiculed halo practice now the most requested wow never change 343/Bnet forum users you fucking retarded hypocrites
I miss the days when most of the community weren't hyper competitive, "MLG legggooo" types :(
So.. are ALL the past game halo weapons in this game?? (except maybe honour guard pikes)
So.. are ALL the past game halo weapons in this game?? (except maybe honour guard pikes)
We haven't seen the SMG yet, and I doubt we will.
I honestly dislike everything I've seen from Halo 4 except some of the maps. The art design doesn't feel like halo, load-outs are an obvious, shameless attempt to make the game more like Cowadoody, and the removal of Bloom, which finally made it so Reach wasn't as fucking long-range dominate as Halo 2/3. (until 343 practically removed it again, and made every fucking playlist spawn you with the goddamn DMR) Hopefully loadouts are only in some playlist, and some playlist are classic halo "Everyone is equal" style.

They could have just removed the indicator on the crosshair.

Not a week goes by when somebody doesn't come to this thread just to tell us how shit the game is.

How is 343 adding Loadouts to make the game more like Call of Duty when Reach had loadouts first? Also, there are those tiny crosshairs with the AR that look like the bloom reticule from Reach. Even if there's no indication of it on the crosshair, it could still be around. I mean, it was in the past Halo games, they just didn't make it as obvious or as much of a gameplay mechanic as it was in Reach. Also why the fuck would you complain that they're keeping something from Reach claiming that it's like Call of Duty, but then also complain when they remove something from Reach, claiming they're making it like the old Halo games? It just seems like the mindset of 'Everything 343 Industries Does Is Wrong'.
When did bloom become something related to guns rather than a visual effect related to lighting? This is the only thread where I've ever seen the changed definition. It's throwing me when people talk about bloom being removed/changed, since I always think they're talking about engine lighting.

[editline]2nd June 2012[/editline] It's not hard, guys. Regarding Halo when someone is talking about bloom it's probably reticule bloom. I mean, look at the context. We're talking about bloom, and guns. It's not hard to put it into context.
