I think those are ODSTs. The helmet has a ODST feel.

Their armor feels very spartanish, but maybe that's just because I am used to ODSTs looking darker, and these guys are more brightly colored.
Not too sure about the guy on the right though.

In Halo 2 those moving platforms in Sacred Icon had buttons in the shape of six-fingered human hands. Also, Promethean Knights look fun as fuck to fight.
So are the Promethean Knights artificial intelligence? because with the way they look thats the vibe I got.
