I hope this isn't just a placeholder.
What do you guys think about bringing back invincible vehicles for Multiplayer? I mean, I love sexy explosions as much as the next guy, but invincibility really brings out the importance of the vehicles. In Combat Evolved, they weren't just means of transportation, they were an objective. Fighting for control of the Warthog was a crucial part of winning team games.
No. I mean, I understand your point about fighting over who controls the vehicles, but after invincible banshies, I never want to see unkillable vehicles ever again. Besides, its just not a good idea as far as 'modern' game play goes.
Doubt it, but does anyone still play Halo: Custem Edition? Just rememberd about it and was wandering if anyone would want to play a few rounds?
I play occasionally. Nothing really good left to play any more though, its all just massive maps and over powered guns now.:(
Mainly good for the modding capablity, good for just mucking about as well though, I think the seriousness of it died when the modding started. :v:
Oh I got no problem with the silliness, just the quality of the game play usually dives the more the silliness goes up.

I'm more interested in what Halo 3: In the beginning is
IIRC In The Beginning was a development documentary included in Legendary Edition of Halo 3.
IIRC In The Beginning was a development documentary included in Legendary Edition of Halo 3.
Oh, I didn't know it had a specific name, I just watched it on the legendary disk
IIRC In The Beginning was a development documentary included in Legendary Edition of Halo 3.
I don't believe so. I'm looking at whats included with the legendary edition, that isn't mentioned.
Oh goodie, 343i's Halo site finally has a Reach file browser.
I don't believe so. I'm looking at whats included with the legendary edition, that isn't mentioned.
Then I wonder what that is then. I doubt 343 has new content coming for Halo 3 5 years later. Could just be a placeholder image too,

My mad Falcon skills on Winter Contingency
There is an option to view rendered films, but no way to render films. Wonder if they're going to add that.
Oh file share is up on 343i? Does bungie pro features carry over because I got the unlimited pro because I bought it before it ended.

How did you ninja'd that Falcon on that level?
How did you ninja'd that Falcon on that level?
There's loads of tutorials on it, you can take it down near the first part with the cars with a PP and make it flip so the driver (an assault rifle) falls out ad you can enter it. Can't finish the level with it due to invisible walls though.
Now that the file share system is up, I can finally show you guys this map I made. The map is called Street 17, and is a little bit inspired by the one street in city 17 when there is a bunch of mines in a blown up road full of holes. The maps is best played with free for all slayer or one flag, but it is set up for a majority of other game types.

Somehow the idea of Crawlers doesn't really fit the Forerunners in my opinion. In a society that's so technologically advanced, wouldn't legged AI be obsolete? Why would you still need legs if you can make everything fly?
They can stick to walls and shit, they're a stealthy class character.

If they`re for stealth why make them glow orange?

"Knights treat them as fodder, relentlessly spawning them at a rapid-fire rate. Crawlers act like a skirmishing unit, harassing the player at the Knight’s bidding."
So Crawlers are basically grunts and Knights are elites. Seems a bit cheap.
