All correct, but we also had Installation 07 as of Glasslands, in UNSC control. I think there's maybe another Halo or two out there that the UNSC has reached, and is in control of. Overall, we've got the Array pretty well set.

According to Ghosts of Onyx, yes. Pretty hard, too. Apparently all the Flood were killed, except for the ones that escaped on High Charity.

PP+BR/Pistol combo, or use the infinite camo glitch. It'll still be hard with the combo, but the glitch will make it a breeze.
