Not exactly, last hitting roshan will give your team items and the other team that didn't last hit roshan will get those egg essences.

So, we have 2 candy stashed in the basket, enemies have 61. Our courier has 59 candy stashed in it, meaning we have equal candy. Enemies think they already won so they completely stopped collecting any more, meaning we only had to collect 1 candy more. And we did, and so our basket has 3 candy inside it.
Timer is about to run out, QoP takes all the 59 candy the courier was carrying. She blinks to the basket, and..

9 sec before time runs out.
QoP starts to deposit the candy.

No, it doesnt, thats a myth. Everyone gets whatever items it shows at the final phase.

Two ways, dagon damages roshan in the second phase, so get everybody to buy eblade and dagon 5 and just kite roshan around attacking him OR get pugna with level 3 ult and aghanims to kite rosh into the fountain and wait 20 mins.

Basically they had him follow Tinker to their fountain, who used Ethereal blade to keep themselves from dying to him. Then they had a Pugna continually use Life Drain on Roshan which kept him at low health, and once they reached the 20 minute he died instantly to the fountain.

I may be wrong but I found he doesn't die to fountain, instead the roshan phase never really starts, this led to a painful 10 min fight till he left fountain but I guess if he dies there before he goes and eats where he likes to eat then it might count as a fraction of a second battle.
I got an unusual essence and a Rare Axe in the same game, my luck has changed.
