I think it sounds like they recorded it with a low quality microphone. There's just nothing to his voice and he always sounds like he's straining and it just doesn't sound good.
I like Luna's VO but I still think it sounds off.
I like Treant's voice, and Sand King's is amazing too.

Phantom Lancer, Pugna, Doom, and Pudge all have utterly massive stat gains. I honestly suggest it on Doom, since it will increase his attack speed as well as it compliments his Level?Death.
I'm also guessing it'd be silly getting it on Pugna, since he already has a replicate ability of it.

Enigma is one of my favourite "everything".
His abilities are amazing
His design is ghoulish and mysterious
His voice outworldish, like some unknown entity from the darkness (more than outworld destroyer, which imho, sounds a bit repetitive always being in the same tone)
Some lines of his are from Nietzsche if I recall.
I don't know if anyone mentioned this yet but I found it hilarious and interesting
This is the first time Treant has dropped from his position of highest winrate, ironically after getting straight buffed hard.
I guess people were right. Treant was primarily played by people who know what they're doing, and now he's being tried by everyone, and losing more as a result.
