One of Lone's biggest strengths is that he has an incredibly good laning phase for a carry, especially if it's 1v2.

Our undying went 6-0 at the start because of them.
Sand king was running away at low health, but had a zombie after him, and killed him.
Dirge burst out laughing, at 13-1 but then DC'ed and didn't come back.
Enemy team ragequitted after a fight on bot tower and only naix was left so, we cleaned everything.
But man, those zombies :v:
So apparently, Drow and Viper for example can shoot through ethereal with orbs.
Haven't heard of this before my last game, it was complete bullshit.
Enemy had Drow + Omni premade, Omni would Repel Drow as she used EB basically making her invulnerable for the duration.

Sure, except this is not simple.
I mean sure, anyone can hover their gargoyles over the edge of the map or big clump of trees, but due to the fact that familiars have so tiny sight range, even during day, you don't get confirmation that they are "unseen" until enemy kills them. I've had this match against kunkka, where I'd hide them in places I was pretty much sure he couldn't see them, but he still ran around and Tidebringer'd jungle/lane creeps until he hit that bonus 200 gold.
Later on I decided not to use my familiars until we had him disabled/in black hole.
Thing is, with Beastmaster's hawk, you have of course less utility, but losing hawk doesn't hurt as it has low bounty and low cooldown, however hawk provides a lot of intel with it's sight range, and it's protected by the fact it's flying and at higher levels also invisible when stationary.
Gargoyles have long-cd AoE stun with self-disable, that ensures if enemies fight gargoyle, they will take it down if it has to stun them. Like when engagement goes wrong and you have to retreat while stunning enemies with gargoyles.
I remember mentioning how Psi-Blades spreading on illusions was abusive, counter-intuitive and not fun, and it got removed in latest patch. You guys think if I begin some analysis thread on playdota we might get some tweaks for Visage ?
I mean, it's hard to agree he feels fun to play when it comes to gargoyles. Effective, possible, challenging ,for sure, but every hero should be fun to play in the first place. This is a game after all.
And Visage is hellova fun to play, but gargoyles seem much more of a chore than ultimate ability.

Meepo can quite easily be the best hero, above Rubick.
But he takes extreme skill and effort to be played that good.
