Sometimes its justified "Void why didn't you use chrono to help stall the teamfight/save me from certain death/get that free kill" or "Skeleton King, you've got armlet, do something about this" but if its like 5 min in/you've had a terrible farming phase its annoying as fuck.

It's people being oblivious, ignorant. It applies to anyone, not just carries.
A lot of players prefer to judge players based on what they see at the time of judging, i.e. :
- time
- player's score
- player's inventory
They ommit things like enemy team composition, laning history, uncanny builds/strategy that player might be trying to apply, etc.

Played my first game as Crystal Maiden.
It was a complete stomp, to the point it didn't even count towards my wins.
Before the game started Luna and Axe left for some reason, early game Bounty Hunter left as well leaving me and Drow against a team of 5. Suprisingly we held our towers well for a while due to Huskar, Brood, and Viper feeding us. PA and Wisp were the only obstacles.
Eventually we turned the tides and Huskar left, then PA, then Viper, then Wisp, leaving only Brood who in desperation started micro managing the team. We still killed all of them. Then I bought Divine Rapier to go with Desolator and started curb stomping the team by myself at mid until Drow arrived so we finished the game.
Brood was a good player, maybe not in getting kills, but he sticked to the end so I commended him.

It's probably better to find people in pubs that were nice/enjoyable to play with and add them and learn dota together than to play with fpers that will rage at you.

I remember our mid complained that there were no wards when I was 0-3 and never was able to reach 150 gold because of an ursa wisp lvl 1 rosh lane. Either way I started getting my items and being able to actually do stuff and we won since their ursa wisp together had a grand total of 1 brain.
slardar is hilarious, i read his skills before playing a game and realized his ult revealed stealth heroes. i was like, "okay, i'll pick him if they go clinkz or bounty hunter" only to see someone insta-lock bounty hunter

Can someone help me with silencers ult? I played my first captains mode and thought i'd try silencer cause hes a good harrasser and i helped our rubick get a shitton of farm. But i started getting raged at cause of my ulti placements. I used it as an escape a couple times and there was no problem, but i would try and sielnce the enemy team just before we jumped them to give us the upper hand but my team didnt like that either

Silencer's ult is really tricky to land. You need to make sure you land it when the fight starts and AFTER BKB's are popped. If you pop it too late, then you likely stopped at most a couple minor damage dealing spells or a combo.
I found that the best way to play silencer is with another initiator (such as enigma or Tidehunter) and popping ult right as their stun/disable ends to make sure the enemy team doesn't counter initiate or get off important spells and disables.

takes a bit of map awareness, but it can allow you to save your team even if you're not there
