Undying + Venomancer. I also once got double kill as Disruptor before the 1 minute mark. Arcane Boots at like 6 minutes without almost any last hits. Fuck yes.

And having a VPN does not quite help.

Laning with tiny as doomburgers against spirit breaker and zeus, harassed like fuck, luna does 0% to keep OD from getting fed, I die, and she visits my profile to know where I come from.
From there on, it was 30 minutes of stupid stereotypes about how Portugal is corrupt and portuguese people are lazy, coming from a person who's country has 16 trillions in debt and probably the biggest and most dangerous retards known worldwide, this being one of them.
Game was over, nobody could get a grip on OD, luna got 3 kills, but still fed more deaths than I did without killing anyone.
Why do people compare their heroes who do a shitload of damage at the press of a button, who are placed in the easiest, safest lanes possible, against heroes who get harassed like fuck and have almost no power in the beggining?
And then, they proceed to flame and be complete assholes.

Pick a tanky hero, rush blademail, if he uses Double Edge on you he takes 800 damage. He also takes damage you take from Return, so you can activate blademail, and spam S or H so you keep cancelling your attack. Because Return returns damage when the attack starts, you hurt yourself a lot, but blademail returns it all back.
And play Spectre for added effect.
EDIT: Since Return and Double Edge deal magic dmg, also get magic resist from a Hood. Blademail deals pure damage so he can't counter that except with health.
Also, I have a question. What if 2 heroes both have blademail, both activate it (and in WTF mode keep it activated?) and one attacks the another one? Do they endlessly reflect the damage back, or doesn't blademail-damage get reflected?
Same scenario with Spectre or 10 Spectres.

Well enigma is probably the fasted jungler in dota. I'm consistently even leveled/sometimes higher leveled than the mid hero.

I believe it's 1 reflection limit. Otherwise a couple of blademails and game would explode.
