Dark Souls (PC/PS3/360)v2 - Prepare to Die edition. - Games

I restarted as a Wanderer and I finally got to the Undead Burg. Things are starting to pick up. I'm totally unsure of how to distribute my stats however because getting souls has become really easy. I think I'm about level 7 now though. This game is awfully confusing... Okay. So Valley of Drakes. I think that's where my adventure ends. I can't backstab a dragon, so is there some easy sure way to get past somehow?

The other stats depend on what kind of weapons you want to use. If you want to use large weapons like Axes, Greatswords, do strength. Smaller weapons like rapiers, scimitars, and spears are dexterity. Bows and crossbows are also dexterity. If you want to do magic, then go for Intelligence/faith and attunrment. Since you chose wanderer, you start with a higher Dexterity than the other stats so you'll probably want to go that route.

I remember in Demon's Souls there were tons of messages like "I need help, please recommend" with like 300 ratings.

Pretty much. And the later you get into the game, the less messages you see overall. I don't think I've spotted a single one in the tomb of the giants. The only exception I can think of is the crystal cave, and those are all just "Here!" to mark the paths.

How the hell do I get to Queelaag to ring the second bell? I couldn't find the Blighttown entrance in the Sewers after beating the dergun, so the only other way I know is down through New Londo Ruins where I just get raped. If anyone is kind, could they help me get there from Firelink Shrine? I play on PSN and am level 25.

Beat the game for a second time today. On a different character. I haven't been able to get to new game++ on my old character because I got stuck on the 4 kings. Hopefully this time I'll fare better with my crystal soul spears and the like. Also Gwyn is really easy to beat when you're a sorcerer.

Why don't we just band together as a Facepunch group, and rate each others messages? Just say which system you're on and where you put them at, as well as the message. Then we could do whatever and try to find them and rate them. I'm on the PS3 and I left mine in the Undead Burg near the Undead Merchant. I left one right before the two spear soldiers saying "Merchant Ahead" and another next to the staircase saying "Hidden Path". I wouldn't mind running around trying to find other people's signs they left.

And you get the Orange Sign Soapstone from the vendor in Undead Burg. At the first bonfire in the Burg, you go out and take a right, cross the bridge to the platform with two spear dudes, then go down the stairs.

Nope you get an extra Estus Flask if someone kindles at the last bonfire you rested at.

Yeah, you get an extra flask if someone kindles the last bonfire you were at. According to the Wiki you get one humanity for every positive rating.

So, anyone with a level 23-27 character and on the PSN want to help me go through Blighttown to Queelaag? I have a couple thousand souls so if you're a bit higher than 27 I can get up there.

So I'm wearing the full channeler's set right now. I went to reinforce it but I couldn't find it in the upgrade menu. I guess you can't reinforce the channeler's set?

So can anyone help me through all of Sen's Fortress? I am level 33 and on PSN NA but I cannot seem to do anything because of the damn lizzards.

Some cunt just invaded me in Sens fortress with a lightning avelyn all my rage

So yesterday I got invaded by a moonbro in the parish. I couldn't find him, so rather than looking around and taking the chance of him getting the drop on me, I casted chameleon and waited for him to show up as a barrel. Sure enough, he comes along and runs right by me. I break the spell and cast homing crystal soulmass and come up behind him. As they fire, I shoot a crystal soul spear. Guy didn't know what hit him.

Just farmed 40 humanity off the skeleton babies. 10 humanity in use + Serpent Ring = delicious humanity
