How do people die so much on the first part, on my first run through there I died once, because I rolled off the edge. By first part I mean right up to the second bonfire Now I can breeze straight to the Bell Demons without dying

Apparently some people have managed to get their games to run at 60fps but that speeds up the game. Wouldn't it be possible to fix it with Cheat Engine or something? To slow it down? :v:

Managed to get to gargoyles without dieing, got invaded by some guy in gold-hemmed robes and lightning spear. Ahhh feels good to be back. Mouse+Keyboard is bearable I think, I did make my own setup tho.

I keep getting killed by the two skeletons in the graveyard. :V I really do suck at this game.

Started playing earlier, this game is a ton of fun, managed to put 3 hours into it already without even realizing, I don't get all the bloodstains, I died twice in the first 90 minutes, but I saw thousands of blood stains at really easy parts Also, is anybody elses gamepad controls wrong? my camera analog stick is inverted and some of the buttons are bound to different ones (Left bumper is left trigger etc), it's not a huge deal, I'll adapt, but it's a little bothersome [editline]24th August 2012[/editline] Decided to take a break when I saw all the leveling up with the stats, jesus. Can anyone suggest anything (playing Knight)

I assume the undead church is past the graveyard, as far as I know I need to ring the bells but I can't go down or the ghosts get me and the graveyard has the spooky skeletons. I went to the city, undead burg or whatever. Is that the right way? I hope this helps you understand just how lost I am in this game.

Look carefully.

You *can* go through the graveyard but it's a much harder route and goes somewhere else entirely anyway. Generally you go through the burg first. Early game just try to go through the path with the least resistance and you should be okay.

So I'm trying out strange builds this playthrough, is it plausible to go both sorcery and miracle paths at the same time?

There's a Talisman that scales with Int and a Catalyst that scales with Fth, but you'd still need to meet the minimum Fth/Int requirements for miracles/spells to equip them. Apparently they've also added alot more bonfires where you can warp to with lordvessel. I just got it and I can see Depths and Undead Parish there.

I've been avoiding this thread like it's the plague now... I haven't had a lot of time to play this, but I just beat the Bell Gargoyles today and I'm trying to stick around and get summoned so I can join the Sunlight Warriors covenant to get the Sunlight Spear. I'm not sure if I want to just skip the Depths completely and most of Blighttown and kill Quelaag so I can get to Anor Londo faster or not. I mean, the souls would be nice, but I'm not sure if I want to...

Anyone know why I can't join my friend? I put down a summoning sign so he can summon me, it says summoning for him and then it says "summonin phantom failed" after a while. I tried opening ports to see if it was on my end and now I can't even connect to GFWL.

the artorias armor set has chicken legs and chicken arms.
