Quelaag was a disappointment. Kinda lost her difficulty when you've already defeated her once before.
Nonsense! I would use Quelaag's Furysword all the time when invading Sen's Fortess! :v: [sp]I was an asshole but good times were had[/sp]
Heh they must have not been very good or not equipped for PvP. Why use kellogg's furysword in PvP when there are much better swords.
An xbox controller costs fucking 40 dollars? Jesus, guess I'll just stick to mouse and keyboard.
So I just beat [sp]Knight Artorias[/sp] by myself. Horribly under-geared, my attacks did 64 damage to him. He makes [sp]Gwyn[/sp] look like a cranky old man.
Heh they must have not been very good or not equipped for PvP. Why use kellogg's furysword in PvP when there are much better swords.
Toxic/Poison Mist + Quelaag's Furysword in tiny rooms makes for a hell of a time for the person I'm invading :v: I really only have one good memory of doing it, and I wish I would have had it recorded :(
Hey, how does one fix their frame rate issues? I've been trying for hours and i've had no luck.
I remember some dude invaded me in Sen's and we had an epic battle up the fortress. Like I ran into him in the mimic room and he was trying to bait me into hitting it, so I stepped onto the elevator to move up to the next room. We fought further up until we moved across the third blade catwalk and into a bunch of snake men. He had the advantage here and I tried to retreat (And this I think I got back across the catwalk too) before I got surrounded by all of them and died.
Heh they must have not been very good or not equipped for PvP. Why use kellogg's furysword in PvP when there are much better swords.
like dragon greatsword on sens or skeleton wheel shield
I should release my Sen's Fortress Invader build. I'm sure it could be used quite a lot in other places as well. It's quite good when you're up against 2 or 3 other players.
An xbox controller costs fucking 40 dollars? Jesus, guess I'll just stick to mouse and keyboard.
Just get a nice third party one. The Afterglow ones feel nice, not cheap, and they glow (which I turn off because it is annoying). Probably about half the price. THe bumpers are a bit clicky, but not too bad. Not like some of the really cheap ones. http://www.amazon.com/Afterglow-AX-1-Controller-Xbox-360-Blue/dp/B003ITY98O That is $30 there but you can get them cheaper.
probably hacked souls. no reason anyone would be carrying 800k :/
My PvP toon on the PS3 probably has like millions.
anyone in blighttown around level 30 to help me?

All the cheating is going to ruin the game for me, I think I'm just going to play the PC version offline and buy a PS3 copy for me to actually play.
All the cheating is going to ruin the game for me, I think I'm just going to play the PC version offline and buy a PS3 copy for me to actually play.
I fully expected that. That's why I'm just going to the Sunbros and then just helping people out. No point in PVPing in the computer version.
Bafhjbsad I hate the Titanite Demon in Anor Londo. It's such an enclosed area.
Eugh god, I spend about 10 minutes hit-and-running him, widdled him down to like, one hit and got cocky, went for an extra hit and he killed me
All titanite demons are piss easy. Just stay at their broken leg. All you need to worry about then is the jump attack which is very easy to dodge. Only one I've ever had trouble with is the respawning one in Lost Iziath.
Any of you fine gentlemen who know where one could get more red eye invader orb thingies?
Any of you fine gentlemen who know where one could get more red eye invader orb thingies?
There are some in New Londo Ruins (or it might be Anor Londo) on a body. And you can buy them from Kaarth.
It's a shame developers weren't given a proper budget to develop this on pc. If cheating was reduced and controls a bit improved it would be a damn good game. It still is, but cheaters do ruin the whole invasion thingy.
stay in his leg area, dont try to dodge too much and just seriously work around his feet w/o lockon
Yeah I killed him the next go around no problem. Just got awestruck and positioned myself poorly in the first try.
giant ornstein i consider as easy as the iron golem the tactic is the same
giant ornstein i consider as easy as the iron golem the tactic is the same
Then he jumps lightning everywhere also you can guess what happened here:
01:08 - Owlencer v4: fuck 01:08 - Owlencer v4: olff 01:08 - Owlencer v4: wt 01:08 - Owlencer v4: f 01:08 - Owlencer v4: fucking 01:08 - Owlencer v4: why homing 01:08 - Owlencer v4: arrows 01:08 - Owlencer v4: /spears 01:08 - Owlencer v4: /missiles

giant ornstein i consider as easy as the iron golem the tactic is the same
Giant Ornstein isn't terrible, but he's definitely not as easy as the Iron Golem... you can't stun Ornstein for a solid 20 seconds by hitting his legs.
Then he jumps lightning everywhere also you can guess what happened here:
all you do is roll away twice and then run back underneath him
Fist weapons seem like a waste. Is there anything they do better than other weapons?
If you use fist weapons there is a chance your opponent won't take you seriously.
However... those fucking trident-wielding demon things. If we're going to get angry at something, make it those. The two on the tower before the archer part are assholes. Massive assholes. You can't block one without getting hit by the other, they attack you instantly, and they deal a ton of damage. I ended up just running past them this time around.
Those are almost the two easiest enemies in that whole area, just run back the way you came, they can't follow you onto that thing ledge. From there they often just jump down and kill themselves, if they don't you can just use any ranged attack to kill them without any trouble.
Fist weapons seem like a waste. Is there anything they do better than other weapons?
I thought of eventually experimenting with a +15 caestus for buffs; since buffs add a flat amount of damage and not a percentage, you'll be dealing it very quickly with a weapon like that, though you're probably better off with a rapier, curved sword, or even a dagger. But no they don't really do a whole lot better than other weapons. They have great scaling though.
Seriously, fuck the channeler in the church I got him to somehow fall off the ledge down, but his minions still gang-raped me
