Does the summon signs show your account name, or character name?
So I basically speed ran all the way from the hellkite drake, (Which I always kill early), to Anor Londo.
Skipped Blighttown in the sense that I used the masterkey to easily get down, so now I must go get everything that I missed. Also still have to kill the Capra Demon, I'm level 45 already so it should be pretty hilarious.

Account, it's annoying
Account, it's annoying
Good thing I named myself Kawaii Catgirl

So yeah, if you happen to see me invading you at Sen's Fortress, send me a message and I'll see what I can do to help you out.

man, gfwl named me ClownishAlarm9 automatically. Now it's gonna look silly

You can change it in the Settings.
You can change it in the Settings.
yeah but i'm gonna have to relocate the saves then, and it doesn't really matter anyway

What SL are you?

35. Do you need help right now?
35. Do you need help right now?
I'm SL 43 and I've been hanging around Sen's for a while to get invaded. I only have 10 vitality on this character but who gives a shit, I want to pvp a bit.
Sitting at blighttown, level 39, loads of summoning things, the one guy I was able to summon dies instantly from accidently jumping off the edge
Invading at the burg with my dickwraith
So far, 2 people have freaked out at the sight of me and attempted to roll away from me casting magic and ended up falling off the edges
Gosh
Holy shit I finally killed the Capra demon after upgrading my weapons and leveling up a bit. This game is so amazingly satisfying and I can see myself actually completing the game, something I've been doing rarely for other recent games
FUCK, Finished blighttown only dieing once at the start, about to leave with my 45k souls to the bonfire, somehow fall off an edge and land on what can only be explained as a ferris wheel, I was stuck on the top of the ferris wheel for 5 minutes in suspended animation before I gave up and killed myself
It's awesome coming back to this game from the Xbox and all. I remember when the Stray Demon was such a hardass, but now that I've come back with the power of knowledge, my ass is harder than his.
2nd try get. It used to be around 157th. :(
Knowledge IS power, kids. Guard it well.
I played this game to hell but I never actually bothered to play as a cleric, although I always found those lightening spears amazing. So I started a new game as a cleric, where are the best places to find good wonders and such?
I know that Petrus and Rhea sell some and that in the tomb of Gwyn you can find a sword. Any other mircales that are great?

Yep, you've clicked with the game. Welcome aboard.
If anyone is using a fire or lightning (chaos too) weapon in prepare to die, could you do me a solid and tell me how much damage it does so I can compare it to what it does in 1.05? Apparently elemental weapons were nerfed, but I'm not sure how much.
Let me know what level the weapon is as well, please.
Oh wow, after dying about 5 or 6 times yesterday and giving up on Oreoes and Smores, I tried again today and killed 'em on the first try with no summons.
Yay. I think my mistake was trying to use Pyromancy... I'm in the habit of using Pyromancy on bosses because it deals a lot of damage, but it's way slower than attacking with a weapon. Today I just two-handed Quelaag's Furysword and they went down pretty easily.

Petrus and Rhea are basically the only miracle vendors. Patches sells some too I think.
Make sure you do Siegmeyer's quest line, and talk to him at every opportunity. After you meet him in Anor Londo, he shows up in Firelink Shrine for a little bit and if you talk to him and tell him you rung the Bells of Awakening, he'll give you a great Miracle.
How the fuck do I leave blightown, the only way to go is through what looks like hell (demon ruins) or all the way back
Except thats wrong ;o

Two things. They changed it for Dark Souls, and they changed it again in a patch. Using the Demon's Souls level range thing is cool and all, but it's sadly a bit different in this game. It's based on % of level, according to the wiki. That means at level 10, you can play with level 9 and 11's, but not more or less.
At level 100, you can play with ~87 - ~113's. Co-op. Invasions work differently, as you can invade people 10% lower than you and infinitely higher than you.

All the way back! Have fun.
You have used the shortcut that goes through the Valley of the Drakes, right? That cuts down travel time significantly.
Just killed the Stray demon at level 25, Got his health to the D of demon and then got lamed out by his AOE spam. This happened twice today. He has a habit of doing that...
Frame rate wasn't too bad fighting him there.

Pretty good for your level, it's a pretty annoying boss. Once you get used to his AOE spam you'll probably be more worried about his hammer. You can block the AOE though, I'm pretty sure. If you didn't know already.

Out of all the time's i've fought him, i dont think i've ever been able to block the AOE attack. Xbox or PC. Its pretty awkward to do. The best way to block it for me is to just run away and not get trapped in a corner with him.
The best way i could do damage to him was to throw lightning bolts at his arse and then try and finish him off with the Drake sword, Nerve wracking stuff.

So if what you said about keeping within 5 levels of each other is wrong why did you even say it
How the fuck do I leave blightown, the only way to go is through what looks like hell (demon ruins) or all the way back
I do not recommend to go to the demon ruins, you have to return there much later. Although you could try to get the armor that Ceaseless Discharge guards, it is a great one.
Return back to Firelink Shrine, by the way that you came from or another shortcut which is at the waterwheel near the swamps, it takes you up and after a while you will be at the valley of drakes. Besides there is also a good armor there.

I'm pretty sure it was like that at one point, I've heard it too.
Where do I go to start the Artorias DLC?

The wiki clearly says its 10 levels + 15% of your level for co-op
