Had one guy invade me when I had about 1/8th of my health left and no estus flasks and he gave me 10 humanity to heal up for the fight.

I started invading People in Anor Londo, and just opening the gates for them. Then leaving
I didn't know where to go next so I went through the catacombs, where should I go? Blighttown or anor londo looks like the two options for me at the moment, either that or the dragon above the bridge but that isn't tempting :)
Blighttown>Sen's>Anor Londo. Quite sure catacombs are like, waaaaay ahead (well you are free to chose any order, but yeah should be hard at your level/equipment). [editline]30th August 2012[/editline] Also invaders that attack when you are still bowing should be forced to walk a narrow path with archers on the sides like in Anor Londo for eternity.

So, after running a whip and barbed sword w/egghead character, a dual grass-crest super-stamina character, and numerous other silly builds on PS3, I've made a miner for PC. Pickaxe, going to grab myself the leo ring for counter damage, and some ridculous looking hobo armor. Going for sack for helmet. Any suggestions?
Cleric pants would look pretty good for a Miner I guess. [editline]30th August 2012[/editline] shit pageking have a screenshot http://steamcommunity.com/id/slayer20/screenshot/540684781093493159?tab=public

Looks great until you see the whole thing.
I just noticed that I've logged 100 hours into one account. and the account is shit, with stats all over the place. Nothing above 40...
So I summoned Solaire for the Bell gargoyle fight and he died in it, is he gone forever or are the phantoms just there to help you.
He'll be back, Phantoms are there to help you afaik
You should leave minimalistic sunlight symbols all around the city ala TDKR style.
Whats with the undead thief guys in the lower burg, they keep doing that thing where they jump on your back and cut your throat. Seriously my jimmies are dangerously close to being rustled.
you know what enemies i just remembered i hate? ghosts. move through walls, attack through walls, but can't be attacked through walls. plus there are five hundred kabajillion of them. i counted.
Whats with the undead thief guys in the lower burg, they keep doing that thing where they jump on your back and cut your throat. That's their riposte move, just don't hit them when they stick their knives at you. [editline]31st August 2012[/editline] guDDAMNIT
Well my first meeting with the Carpa demon was a total failure. I blame the lock on system
I usually don't use lock on against bosses since most of them are big enough so that you don't really need to aim to hit them. It might just be my Monster Hunter instincts, but it helps in dodging things too.
Wow, are you really only supposed to be around level 35 for Sen's Fortress? I'm almost level 50... Still using the black knight sword too, everything I've found thats better needs like 40+ strength.

I think that was the first time a death wasn't my own fault.

I just played through Anor Londo at level 30, and there were no summons ANYWHERE. Since I've killed Toejam and Earl, I leveled up to 40 to try to get summoned for some co-op, but I'm still only getting summoned infrequently. I think I have to put on another 10 levels to be summoned more regularly. [editline]30th August 2012[/editline] Also, the best feeling: heading to Sen's Fortress to farm for a Balder Side Sword, opening up your inventory, and realizing you picked one up ages ago. Yay.
I was level 75 going through Anor Londo, Finished the game at 100
Holy shit. 75? At Anor Londo?
I'm 70 at Anor Londo. Thought that was normal since I see summon signs everywhere.
Holy shit. 75? At Anor Londo?
That was before I jumped from 75 to 94 in one kill
wow how do you people do that do you just do nothing but grind or something granted i put a lot of souls into getting an ascended pyromancy flame and buying a bunch of pyromancies/miracles but...
wow how do you people do that do you just do nothing but grind or something granted i put a lot of souls into getting an ascended pyromancy flame and buying a bunch of pyromancies/miracles but...
I got 800K souls from one guy, Finished my first playthrough way overleveled. I didn't really grind much. I fought the same bosses a lot, as a summon to get the tactics down
I did the first half of Anor Londo at around 35 waiting for a friend to catch up, to be fair all my gear is +5 but wow.
