i finally beat quelaag's domain or whatever and rang the second bell do i seriously have to trek all the way through blightdown, the depths and shit just to get back to the armorer? that's seriously lame as hell. all of that effort just to make another 20 mile journey

You could have gone back to the gargoyle place and absolve your sins.

Except I haven't killed O&S yet so I can't go back, and he's right next to the bonfire and chases me everytime I respawn.

In the room before O&S with the two Royal Sentinels, you can just open the castle doors to go back to the rotating tower thing.

If you go through the big door you can run all the way back to the beginning of Anor Londo and fly back to Sens Fortress. Only takes about 10 minutes to get back to the gargoyle place.

If I'm rocking a quality build, should I make a normal Uchigatana or make it lightning/fire? Also since I don't remember an answer to this, is the average SL for PvP any different in the PC version?

Okay undead burg has some serious fps issues when looking in certain directions, any fixes?

If you have FPS issues one thing you can do is use the DaS fix and lower the resolution instead. My friend does this and its the only way he can run it. Cross the bridge and turn left. Stick to the left when you reach New Londo, and go up the elevator to Firelink shrine.

Damn, NG+ Capra is hard as shit. Or rather NG+ Capra and his two pet dogs. I got lucky and killed them both in one swing. Also lucky, I managed to pick up my souls each time before I died so I got an extra 20k.

I guess no one was really interested in that Let's Play I posted. I really only got negative responses on another forum I posted it on, and on the actual video itself. I guess I'll just play though it normally then.

Dark Souls is so challenging that it takes commitment to even acquire the game.

Just bought this game. What are some good control setups? Do I need the mouse/res fix right now? I don't have my PS3 controller handy so I am going to start off with keyboard and mouse.
