The point was to scare a bunch of newbies. Chances are not a lot of people would fall for it on the 360. Besides even with the ring at soul level 15 you can't have both havel's and a proper heavy weapon.

It's more funny when you know that I'm walking around and a few hits could kill me and i'm pretty much defenseless, but people are still running. Having any means of an upper hand would ruin it in my opinion.

If I make a character can I edit it with GFWL still enabled or will I need something like xlive.dll?

When making it make sure to make it a local account you get the option when you scroll down during the create account menu.

So is there any way to give myself more souls without risking getting banned from GFWL? I'm on my third character right now and I'm getting real tired of grinding. I'm not gonna give myself an unfair advantage, only give myself more souls where I normally would have just grinded them. So basically, if you want to cheat, stay in hollow and don't mess around with invading people, basically just play the game as if it was singleplayer and then disable all your cheats when you feel like PVPing.

In all likelyhood they're not legitimately mad, they're just sent by Gwyndolin to murder you. That's kind of the big thing about the Darkmoon Blades. They don't go after people who are bad, or people who sin, they go after people who Gwyndolin deems bad, or have perceived sin. It's part of the whole 'there are no real good guys' theme in Dark Souls. Everything is just one big, fat shade of grey.[/sp]

Does anyone have a link to a working save editor/creator? Again, I would never dream of giving myself an unfair advantage online... I just want to mess around. The one Mr.95 posted crashes immediately.

I'm not entirely certain why people say it's a 'shitty port'. I mean I'm not some hardcore PC gamer so maybe I'm missing something, but it looks fine on my computer (some parts are pretty beautiful, really) and the Mouse and Keyboard controls are fine once you get used to them. The only bit that struck me as lazy was the tutorial, when they told you the Xbox controls. But yeah besides that fact, I don't see why it's a 'piss poor lazy port'.
