I see what you did there.

Also I expected some tweaking, but definitely not this much.
I wonder how a Gough's Greatbow build performs in PVP. After having my SL120 demon's spear PVP guy and my SL10 Darkwraith I feel like trying some sort of SL50 build for Sen's Funhouse and Anal Rodeo.
Would SL50 be good or would I have a better luck at SL40 or something else? I'd probably also get Dark anor londo so that I can get invaded 24/7 by Darkmoon blade.
Alright, I went to fight the Moonlight Butterfly in human form and Beatrice's summon sign wasn't there. Is that normal and is there something I can do?
I think the only ranged weapon I have is a Crossbow and my dex is 18 and I'm not too keen on fighting it alone.
I never found her either, but melee is easy once you get the strategy down to block it's attacks, it literally sits there and lets you hit it after a while.
Wh-what kind of ending was that...? I mean for fuck sake what just happened? My guy just got [sp] lighten the fuck up at that final bonfire, then I respawned at the start of the game again... [/sp]. What the fuuuuck...

The game doesn't spoon feed you anything including the story. If you want to know the full lore, watch Epicnamebro's videos.

Long story short: [sp]You got played son. [/sp]

yeah watch epicnamebro's videos for clarifications. [sp]you actually got the bad ending and kingseeker frampt is full of shit and is tricking you. the darkwraiths are actually subjectively the good guys.
actually well there is no good or bad in this game it's all just fat shades of gray. the darkwraiths are better though[/sp]

Dat failed spoiler tag.
That's just NG+, Dark Souls' story and lore is very secretive and leaves alot to the imagination.
As far as I know, [sp]Gwyn linked his soul to the bonfire to bring about the new age of fire but it also caused side effects such as people becoming undead and going hollow and what not and himself went hollow at a certain point, though it's hard to say since it doesn't outright tell you anywhere, ontop of that you can't tell if people are lying to you or not. Darkstalker Kaathe could have been right about everything he said. If you do the "bad" ending, all the primordial serpents comes out to bow down to you, even Frampt.[/sp]
Somebody give me a sanic character build with a good shield and a good weapon.
the fastest
i i still wish there was a <15% weight class
gotta go fast
Played for 2 hours today after a week or so with no DS. Took out Seath and Nito, both first time.
I am pleased with myself.
Oh, and I got invaded on a cliff-side in the Tomb of Giants. The invader is dead now. Serves him right.

wow :v:
Also I'm doing everything I can to get in good with Logan.
I want his hat.
I wouldn't keep that on if I was you buddy!
I maximized to find very low health :D
Also I was just invaded literally seconds after buying the crystal soul mass spell. The guy did NOT enjoy fighting me as he was bombarded with that+soul spear and he didn't manage to touch me.
I absolutely love being a sorcerer
Turn off AA and motionblur ingame.
Wrong. Only turn off AA. Motion blur is important.

You could try something like this. I filled it in that way so it could still be deviated from, but the basic idea is "good shield, good weapon" and light armor for "sanic."
If you're not planning on using anything much heavier, I think the Ring of Favor and Wolf ring would be the best choices.

oh my god yes
After invading people over the course of a few days in Duke's Archives at SL 100, I've reached 99 humanity for the first time. I also got nearly 5 million souls along the way, about half of which came from three level ~700 people I invaded.

I've always wondered what people with that much humanity/souls do.
Do they just keep invading forever or what?

Yeah, the humanity can actually come pretty quickly, especially if you heal with humanity. Some people will even consume a lot of humanity just for the defense bonus it offers. The souls generally come as a byproduct, either from a lot of invasions, or a handful of ridiculously overleveled people that give you hundreds of thousands of souls.
If I want more souls without grinding, should I invade or become human (and get invaded)? I keep dying stupidly when I'm rushing to return to my corpse. ;(

maybe they need to rename the caustic caverns to egg salad caves

You'll earn more souls per victory (generally speaking) if you host invasions, as you'll get 50% of that player's level up value (so, say it costs them 90k to level up, you'll get 45k for defeating them).
As an invader, you get 10% of their level up value. This is also the case for defeated phantoms, though you'll only get humanity for killing the host. Though it may seem like this will net you less souls in the long run, it won't, as sometimes you'll invade someone at high enough of a level, that their level up value is in the millions. Especially if you forest invade, sometimes you won't even have to do anything for them, as the host could be killed the instant you spawn.
I'd say to join the forest covenant and invade with the cat ring. You won't even have to be in human form to invade. Though be warned, 90% of the people you invade will be groups of two. The forest covenant will expose you to a lot of bullshit tactics and how to avoid them (somewhat), it'll give you a lot of free PvP experience, so that you'll be able to hold your own against single-person invasions a lot better. And I can almost guarantee you'll luck out a few times and win a couple of hundred thousand souls on occasion.
Holy shit the lightning spear miracle is good.
I've been helping people fight the capra demon and I can four shot him with it.
I thought being in the sun covenant was supposed to make summoning happen more often. I haven't been summoned for a long time.

The best you can do is be the average level and place your signs where everyone else does.
Bonus if you're wearing cool looking armor, helps you get summoned faster.
A good way to farm PvP wins is to summon a friend and then used the dried finger to reset the invasion timer, meaning you basically get auto-invaded
