At Soul Level 56, can I still help people in Anor Londo? I love helping hosts kill Darkwraiths/Ornstein and Smough, and I don't feel like doing Lost Izalith/New Londo/Tomb of the Giants. Or am I stuck helping out with Seath, now?
I did Ornstein and Smough at level 60 and there were tons of summon signs when I had humanity.
accidentally killed the knight that gave me the estus flask welp time to restart [editline]28th September 2012[/editline] also the time looks really nice, not sure if it's because I have durante's fix installed or everybody was exaggerating how bad it looked on PC the menus look like shite though
I always kill the knight in my playthroughs. It's faster than listening to him again. He comes back anyway...
accidentally killed the knight that gave me the estus flask welp time to restart
You don't have to restart. Nothing bad happens if you kill him. [sp]He dies as soon as he gives you the flasks and the key[/sp]
I hate fuckers who spam Force.
That and dark magic which seems to be overpowered as fuck. It takes 90% of my life in one hit, but at least I can spam the silver amulet if someone is spamming dark magic.

The invader had no idea :)
So, do the NPCs in Dickstab Forest wearing Rings of Fog respawn?
not the knights
So I just bought this, what would be the average character to start out as?
So I just bought this, what would be the average character to start out as?
Pyromancer is a good class because it starts with pyromancy (duh) and has even stats so you can customise very easily. Wanderer is good for a dexterity build and soldier is good for a strength build. It doesn't matter too much though, you can do whatever later on. Unrelated, Sif and the Four Kings were fucking pushovers compared to Ornstein and Smough. I'm going to guess Seath, Nito, and whoever else are much harder.

Really easy as long as you have some curse resistant gear but even then it isn't too hard. Nito is pretty easy too, though on NG+ I've had trouble with him. O&S are probably one of the hardest bosses if you solo them, it's really made up as a coop boss though, which is why it comes sooner I guess.
Doing some Dorkmoon PVP in Oolacile. 420 LAGSTAB LORD kills me after abusing his fucking flip ring. Do it again Lagstabs me again, close game. He's not getting the fucking satisfaction of killing me because he's a Russian whose PC is located on the fucking moon.
holy shit the combat is rewarding i've played for like, an hour and i can already tell i'm going to spend way too much time on it [editline]28th September 2012[/editline] so besides being unable to kindle bonfires, is there any other disadvantages to staying undead? my net connection sucks and I've heard twinks run rampant in the early levels, so I don't really wanna turn human.

It's not that bad, honestly. It's worth turning human just to kindle. If you're that worried about getting invaded you could just jump off a cliff after you kindle a bonfire.
Ring of sacrifice?
O&S is the only boss fight I truly dread.
get some bro-operation going and theyre easy shit [editline]28th September 2012[/editline] easier than no-operation at least
Time to dust this off.
get some bro-operation going and theyre easy shit [editline]28th September 2012[/editline] easier than no-operation at least
I generally tend to solo it because it gives them less health, and you also don't have to put up with invasions. It's not so much the fact that I'm being invaded that bothers me, it's just that lately, specifically at O&S, it's just full of shit eaters that go for an elemental hornet backstab and I'd rather give myself a tougher time in the game than to give those people the false idea that they're good at the game or whatever it is they're going for.
damn you hellkite dragon, you made me lose 6000 souls i could've leveled up so much :(
can someone explain this bowing thing further. I still don't get it.
I have no idea what I'm doing but god damn I'm having fun with it.
I have no idea what I'm doing but god damn I'm having fun with it.
Where are you at so far?
I killed the giant metal pig of death and destruction before I took a break, had a claymore and I was like, level 16
does their health even scale
Yeah, the boss gets more health relative to the amount of phantoms you have helping you.
Ugh, these Belfry Gargoyles are rustling my jimmies, I don't have any humanity to become human to summon Solaire :(
