Makes enemies harder, you get 3 times the souls for beating them.
On the subject on NG+, my NG+ character is fucked, I can't open the door to the lower undead parish despite having the basement key. I know I can just take the shortcut to Blighttown and never go to the Depths but I wanted to do everything.
Ah, I meant if there were any rules for that challenge concerning NG+, it is odd that you can't get that door open though. You can still get down there with this shortcut:

Is it true that you can scale bleed buildup by using weapon buffs or from the scaling an chaos weapons?
Only flaw I see with this is people that are knowledgeable of the game. Like, I could easily just go through shortcuts and shit to get a great set of armor and great weapons right after I get out of the Asylum just because I know where to go and where to search.

Does the two spell limit mean attunement slots or actual equipped spells? Also, the fifth rule is kind of confusing and weird; pretty much all the armor you find in the game is obtained as a set, and if you find a set while naked would it mean you can only use up the one slot and discard the rest? Because if that's the case you could just buy armor from a merchant and problem solved.
Also, does NG+ change anything?
You wouldn't equip the whole set of armor. You would only use one piece of that set. It's kind of hard to explain but...
Let's say you don't have any armor equipped and you find the Elite Knight set. You would take the first item out of that set and equip it to your first empty slot, and then you would discard the rest of the set. So you'd only have the Elite Knight Helmet equipped until you find your next set/piece of armor.
So then let's say you find the Dingy set. Once you obtain that set, assuming you have nothing equipped to your chest, arms, or legs, you would then equip the Dingy Robe to your chest slot and discard the rest of the set.
You would not be allowed to use two items from the same set on your character. You would also have to pick up any item that an enemy drops. So if you kill an Undead Soldier and they drop a waistcloth, you have to pick it up and use it (unless you already have something equipped in that slot)
I also forgot to mention that since it's a Nuzlocke Challenge, once your character dies, they are dead for good.
I can create a video that explains it better if you want.

Oh, and are you allowed to turn your weapon into a boss upgraded one?
Yes, that would be fine.
nvm.
It's not fighting him that's the problem, it's taking out his 2 dogs whilst avoiding his attacks. If it was just a 1 on 1 i'd easily be able to take him out. Hell, I can just straight up block most of his attacks with my shield, I don't even have to worry about dodging too much.
It's just those fucking dogs...
Why don't you just summon someone to help?
So I'm in the market for a new headset. Can anyone recommend anything that they're using? Best bang for my buck is always a good thing, but I'm hoping to find something that will last too. I just want something that will actually enhance my "experience" over my tv's speakers. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks!!
Some guy just invaded me with Gold-hemmed set and a flaming drake sword, am I missing some method to getting those at SL 14 or was he just a cheater?
[editline]5th October 2012[/editline]
All I want to do is help people :(
Wouldn't be too hard to get the Gold-hemmed set, just beat Quelaag, head down to the Demon ruins, grap the set and gtfo. Flaming Drake sword would definitely be charcoal pine resin, available from the undead merchants.

He just didn't level up, that's all.
My SL10 Darkwraith has gear from endgame too.
SL1 pvp is a never ending source of joy
When a new player sees this guy slowly walking towards them, a lot of them just jump off a cliff

Aghhhhh, I'm craving PVP so so so so hard but I can't seem to get any, jesus christ, does no one play this game anymore.
The peak for today was 2,572. It feels like it's dropped quite a bit since it came out. I really hope the next Souls game does better on PC, if they even make it for PC.

Needs a bigger weapon.
Needs a bigger weapon.
Get the Life Hunt Scythe, it may very well be the most rubbish weapon in the game (It's pretty much shoot your enemy foot twice and yourself in the foot once).

I always felt like trying the Lifehunt Scythe with that Bleedbite ring and Bloodshield for I think 480% bleed resistance or something like that. I wonder how it would perform in PVP.

Also, SL50 Darkmoon Blade, would I get alot of action?
Oh man, my friend and me have been standing around in Darkroot Garden as Ornstein and Smough...
I feel SO bad, but it's also hilarious. We're going to go do the expansion so we can get the I'm sorry carving. :v:

Can I join you guys? Can I, can I? I want to have some fun but I can't seem to find any anymore.
He just didn't level up, that's all.
My SL10 Darkwraith has gear from endgame too.
Oh, durr. I should have known that, completely forgot it was possible to do that for some reason

How are you not finding pvp? All you have to do is go human in darkroot forest.
Oh man, I finally solo'd Artorias.
Couldn't summon my friend so I put on Havels armor and tanked him... his last hit almost killed me, brought me down to like 1 HP while I was drinking estus.
I've been trying my first SL1 run. So far I've taken out the Asylum Demon, Taurus Demon, Havel, Bell Gargoyles, Moonlight Butterfly and Capra Demon. This is good fun.
Good luck with 4 kings :v:
Good luck with 4 kings :v:
Pfft, no way I'll ever get that far, I'm still a bloody novice in my eyes.
I'm doing a SL1 run because I'm insane, not skilled. :v:

meanwhile the fucknuts refuses to make the next part public
Needs a bigger weapon.
I might if SL1 characters could use anything bigger than a club but really I like the simplicity and brutish quality of the reinforced club. I think it's actually more intimidating since the bigger weapons can look almost comical.
Good luck with 4 kings :v:
4 kings is actually easy as SL1 as long as you have a good weapon.
Where should I go after the bed of chaos?
Edit:
Found my way to Nito, then Gwyn.
I am getting straight-up mudstomped by the beefed-up versions of both Ornstein and Smough. Super Smough is a brick wall, and I can only get him down halfway before he catches me with a buttstomp. I can barely even touch Omega Ornstein, with his jumping and charging and flitting about.
I've been using a summonbro and Solaire for back-up. Should I drop Solaire and try to beat them with two people?

I'd say so. Solaire tends to die not even half way through either hyper mode version of the boss, atleast for me.
I'm pretty confused about PtDE's common pvp range. People tell me that it's still 120 but then others tell me it's 100, not just for the arena.

Are you kidding? The Lifehunt Scythe rocks ass. Sure, there's build bleedup on yourself on every successful attack, but it's not honestly all that much, and it shoots up a lot faster on your target. Not to mention it'll kill most enemies/people in fewer hits than could cause bleed on yourself.
Only downside is the short-ish length, at least compared to the Great Scythe, with which it shares its moveset.
