Dark Souls (PC/PS3/360)v2 - Prepare to Die edition. - Games

I wish there was some more Paladinish armor. All of the armor is very... non-fantastical and dark. When I think Paladin I think flashy, sleek gold and white armor, not the dull greys, blacks and silvers (and occasional bronze-ish) that the game offers. :v:

The Black and Silver knight armour is pretty fancy. I actually felt overdressed with my shining armour and fucking cape when I went to Izalith.

right, but when you show up as an invader you're still red, aren't you? even if you were summoned with the intent of being a white phantom, something fucked up and you turned red because you're invading.

My point is the game is buggy. Is it not buggy to show up as a phantom without a red or blue color?

Yup. Fucked up on his head and greatsword. Normally I can do the face way better but I assed it up.

I never made the connection that the knight that throws the body into your cell is Oscar, the dude who gives you the Estus Flasks and that key until just now.

I just realized that people that hack on Xbox are doing it pretty much the same way you do on pc. I imagine it's putting your saves on a USB and transferring. One thing I can't figure out, though. Your saves are all a big block of files. What happens to your other saves when you alter one?

Also I got incredibly lucky on my new Paladin character, the Tower Knight, that usually drops no more than a Titanite Chunk for me, dropped a Greatsword AND Steel Armor.

Well, I beat Gwyn for the first time. He's kind of easy, all you have to do is parry him over and over, and a Black Knight shield takes care of his attacks.

speaking of bows the dragonslayer greatbow is fucking hilarious it's SO GIGANTIC

It always annoys me that the Longbow is basically the only bow without proper string animations.

Oh that's right, the FPS fix fucks up every single jump so it doesn't matter how well you're doing against the Bed of Bullshit, you'll still miss.

It really does taunt you. You get close to it, you look like you're going to make it, but the clipping issues just say no and you slide backwards even on the simplest of jumps. Finally got it after overjumping a few times, the bullshit is over, now to see what Nito is up to.
