Finally bought this game, and I wanna know something. On a scale of 1-20, how badly is my butt about to get destroyed?

And for the love of god, do not put points into resistance. :v:

The best part of course is the pyromancy itself though, makes short work of early encounters. If you want somebody to go through stuff with you, feel free to add me on Steam.

Got bored of my SL1 challenge run so I've been trying a thief, it's a pain getting invaded when I don't change my equipment. :v:

What does the Pyromancer start with?[/QUOTE] You start with an axe, pyromancy hand (which will let you save time, you can get this without being a pyromancer anyway) but you also start at SL1, meaning a lot more control on your build. However you aren't limited to playing pyromancer. You can still put points into whatever to use whatever.

This will let you summon friendly players from signs on the ground (some npcs aswell), and be invaded by hostile players who want to steal your humanity. Dying will remove your human form. If you get stumped, just go into human form and look for the glowing white/gold signs on the ground. Also, I think that warrior is the best to start as if you're not interested in magic.

You can't be invaded in the Undead Asylum at any case, or summon friendly players, and you can't be invaded in some safe areas or areas where you've defeated the area boss. God damn, I was getting all sorts of invasions in last night in Anor Londo. I thought I would get even more during the day, but so far I've only gotten 2 invasions in.

I've lost my touch in this game. I started a new game to get to the DLC but I'm terrible now. It's probably because I picked thief but still.
