The world does not cease to amaze me, there are secret ways everywhere and really cool looking enemies. Also loot is awesome!
Ha, the blacsmith in Catacombs is great. When I first saw him, I was like "OH SHIT! WHAT IS THA.. What?"
All the planks and plattforms are really confusing, besides it is pretty dark and there are tons of ways where the enemy can sneak behind you. Then those fucking dart blowers are insane. Luckily I bought some cures for them. Besides the bad framerate does not help either.
I got through most of Blighttown by trying to jump over something and falling to near death, skipping a lot of stupid shit.
I just lost fucking 25000 soulpoints after defeating Quelag because I fell down a fucking elevatorshaft and afterwards a giant threw me down some planks. :(

Whatever giant you pulled should jump of the ledge and die.
No I took the other way around, there is a another entrance/exit for Blighttown in the Valley of Drakes. Right now I entered Sen's Fortress for the first time, wish I hadn't.
Valley of Drakes is hands-down the best way through Blighttown. You shoot a couple flies, go down some ladders, kill a spider or two, cross the swamp, and you're at the bonfire.
I agree, although you will encounter a lot of mosquitos which are highly annoying. They always fly around you while you climb some ladders. Nevertheless it is a lot easier and saves a lot of time. Running through the Depths is also a pain in the ass.

It sucks but it won't be too bad.
Yeah, it is not that bad. But falling down an elevatorshaft sucks so much. Also I got cursed because I went into the Great Hollow. What should I do to lift the curse?
After watching some stuff about it I am very tempted to head off to Tesco tomorrow and pick this up ..

What should I do to lift the curse?
For 4000 souls you can buy an item that gets rid of curses from either the female undead merchant (she's in a shortcut near the entrance to the depths) or a vendor which sits at the bottom of the first bell tower; where you fought the gargoyles.
Lagstabs are possibly the worst thing ever in a game ever.
So I gotta fight a dragon, the first one in the game I think but I die to those annoying rats that poison me, and then after I get to the top of the stairs theres a big ass knight guy trying to cut my balls off so I die there. I dont like this game I lost a lot of souls there because I slipped on my next life and died. Can someone explain what being Hallowed and what the Kindle option at the bonfire does?

You also have lower curse resistance but I think that's about it. Using humanity to kindle a bonfire increases the number of estus flasks it gives when you rest at it by five for each kindle. As for the dark knight at the top of that tower, don't bother with him yet. Instead exit the tower once you climb out of the hole and then head into the parish. Watch out for the boar.
Was wondering why I couldn't get people to help with the fight then. Also how do I get to invade/invaded?
i accidently wandered into the great hollow in the swamp and got cursed what the FUCK
Happened to me to, I needed 6000 souls to regain my full strengh.
you don't have to kill the dragon you know
Yeah but I cant kill any of the other people on the other routes so
Why not watch some videos of people killing the things you're having a hard time with? Also getting the Drake sword really helps out, if you don't have it already.
Actually, I never used the Drake sword, I always had a broadsword +4, although the range is pretty meh.
A New Epicnamebro lore episode is out.
fuck ornstein and smough those guys are douchebags
for a game with little to no lore on a lot of things i find the lore of dark souls to be highly interesting idk why
Was wondering why I couldn't get people to help with the fight then. Also how do I get to invade/invaded?
To invade, you need some kind of invasion item (IE (cracked) red eye orb, blue eye orb, etc). Invasion items are usually earned through specific covenants. To be invaded you simply need to be human in an area where invasions are possible.
Is there any PvP beyond rolling around like a penis and instakilling people by backstabbing them? From the 8 or so times I've been invaded that's literally all I've ever seen. It's left me in Anor Londo with a shitty greatscythe spamming PRAISE THE SUN all over the place waiting for someone to upvote me so I can get a goddamn face so I can summon some sunbros. Or for someone to summon me, but I guess everyone knows that a terrifying man with bright red robes, a scary ass mask and a big goddamn scythe is useless in the wonderful world of Dark Souls. When are they gonna patch the bug that makes Iron Tarkus disappear after killing the iron golem :(
I just killed Sif, what an epic place. I really love how Lodran looks, every place has it's own specialty.
SL 90 faith build here, on my first playthrough. Looking for people to help with pretty much any boss, need sunlight medals for dat great lightning spear. PSN golevka6489
About the Peculiar Doll. [sp]If the "abomination that had no place in this world" described in its description is Priscilla, I must say I strongly disagree with the word "abomination."[/sp]
