Is there anything that blocks/stops miracles? I keep getting destroyed by people who use the miracle to slow me down then they blast me into oblivion with an unblockable explosion attack.

I don't want to invade you in Township because I simply will not be able to do that all I'll get is myself invaded and won't be able to invade someone else without killing Manus first. Quick question about Demon's Souls, is it worth using the ore to upgrade my default curved sword as a wanderer or is there a quick way of getting a better weapon? I'm only a few hours into it

You can dodge them but you have to position yourself just right and roll just right, it'd be better to watch a video of it if you want to go the dodge route.

Try to block it or jump around all the time. Also summon beatrice, she does a great deal of damage to the butterfly.

I might do some PvP in a bit with my Darkwraith darkwraith build. If enough people want me to I might stream my sad attempts.

Yesterday I played with a pal of mine and we both were darkwraiths in the full darkwraith armor and weaponary. We invaded a lot of people in the Royal Woods, it was pretty great. I had some intense fights, although the lag is sometimes so fucking annoying. Also I despise how some players only try to go for your back to backstab, instead of actually fighting. Sometimes it feels like a dumb race to reach each other back. I prefer to fight normal.

If I can figure out how to make ustream use my goddamn desktop I'll start streaming.

I killed the host anyway. And then shrugged.

Can't get Dark Armor until after beating the 4 kings :P

I'm only a few hours into it[/QUOTE] If you like using it, I would say it's worth it. I was also a wanderer, and I used an upgraded scimitar most of the game, until I was able to get a mercury kilj. You can find/buy other weapons after a certain point in the game, there's a blacksmith in the second world, whatever it was called.

Managed to grab Dark Souls from the weekend sale. Now, I have a 360 wireless controller, would I need an adapter or program to get that to work for the computer? Would I require a whole new controller specialized for working with a PC? Until then, how well off would I be with mouse and keyboard?
