Wait twinkling titanite can be bought? This is news to me. Leme' guess, the crestfallen knight? And I do use the black iron set, so becoming fully upgraded tarkus is actually a pretty good plan.
The Giant Blacksmith in Anor Londo sells it as of patch 1.05.
I wish you could reinforce Ornstein's armor. I really like it. :(
I have decided that I will make a new character and get Catarina armor, dual claws, and as many force miracles as I can get. I shall then invade many people and harass them as much as possible. Fun shall be had.
I just killed Oreos and Smores by myself on NG+ That is such a great feeling I'm also afraid to go above level 125.
I think I'll buy this game in a few days when I get the cash. Worth it? :V
I think I'll buy this game in a few days when I get the cash. Worth it? :V
Really fucking hard, but immensely satisfying too.
I think I'll buy this game in a few days when I get the cash. Worth it? :V
Once you get the hang of it, you'll become addicted.
I don't care what anyone says, Demon's Souls is way goddamn harder. Dark Souls just is full of situations that when you figure them out after thinking a bit, it just becomes mechanical performing. Demon's Souls, on the other hand... I was playing 5-1 while ago with my second character in the game (I've beaten it once now), when I came to the part with rats after the filthy woman. I had a weapon which didn't have that good of a reach, so I decided to just run past them on the small, narrow wooden bridge. Then I remembered. The giant depraved in front of me, the guy throwing rocks above me and the plague causing- rats chasing behind me. FML.
I think I'll buy this game in a few days when I get the cash. Worth it? :V
Once you get the graps of the game with all its mechanics, you surely will be hooked for a long time. Totally worth every cent.
It made me rage so hard in the beginning, after 2 restarts it's finally getting to me and it's now rewarding as fuck when I overcome everything the game throws at me.
The best part is when you return to an area with low levels enemies, you can simply run through them and cut them down like dogs. Even with raised shields. :v:
Heh, I returned to Firelink after Anor Londo today and one shot everything even with their shields up. Felt proud.
Right so i'm not playing as Deprived, that sounds fucking ridiculous, what should i play as?
whatever you like more, thing with dark souls is that you can make your class into whatever you want also don't hate on the deprived class, may sound stupid as fuck but its actually rather fun to play
Bandit/Pyromancer is pretty easy imo to start off with.

My friend actually tried Deprieved out, he thought it'd have some hidden thing :v:
Deprived is most fun class to play, that feel when a hollow drops a crappy armor piece and it feels like a godsend
Ahh, hello, Was it you who rang the bells of a- :| Bonus: Uh.
The idea of a Dark Souls high school anime is pretty amusing. I'd watch it :x
UH. Actually would be hilarious
Deprived is most fun class to play, that feel when a hollow drops a crappy armor piece and it feels like a godsend
Better snatch that bandit armor in Valley of Drakes as soon as you enter Lordran.
I've died three times now, two by enemies and one by the boss on that wall in Lordran.
My friend actually tried Deprieved out, he thought it'd have some hidden thing :v:
i thought the same thing, since thats usually how it is with these games the shittiest class with no redeeming factors always gets some sort of super amazing ability later in the game
Ahh, hello, Was it you who rang the bells of a- :| Bonus: Uh. UH. Actually would be hilarious
A fuckton of dramatic over-the-top scenes except the protagonist never wins
I started playing this again after taking a break due to getting buttfrustrated with O+S. It feels nice to enjoy playing this game again rather than getting mad and wanting to break the controller.
I like how this game throws a boss at you within 2 minutes of playing the game. [editline]28th March 2012[/editline] You can tell it's going to be fun from there on in.
No, i got 5000 Souls and was about to kill a fucking big skeleton and then i rolled off a cliff like a fucking moron, I DON'T EVEN DODGE SO WHY DID I THEN!?
You can retrieve your souls if you go to where you died.
You can retrieve your souls if you go to where you died.
Yeah but i fell off a cliff, how can i get them? That and i'm constantly getting killed by the guy in armour at the starting fire in Lordran, i didn't attack him but i apparently did i can't do anything now because whenever i respawn he keeps killing me and i can't kill him so i'm basically fucked.

That is, unless you can get to the bottom somehow. It'll rarely put your souls somewhere where you can't get them.
Restart the game :v: Whenever you fall off a cliff, your soul is usually nearby the point you fell off, or somewhere around there. [editline]29th March 2012[/editline] Ninja
