Dark Souls (PC/PS3/360)v2 - Prepare to Die edition. - Games

I'm going for mostly a health/endurance build, since I'm really bad at dodging. I'll see how I do against Seath. Unfortunately I've just run out of arrows and there are these big Moonlight Butterflies in my way. What do I do about those? Should I just warp and grab a shitload of arrows to use?

He's easy, just get behind his front tentacles and keep close.

I would have been absolutely fine with Dark Souls 3DS, but I totally get that most people don't do a lot of handheld gaming and would rather have a sequel or DLC for DS2. Don't get me wrong, I want that too, but there hasn't really been a good next-generation handheld RPG, and I'm dying for something like Dark Souls or Monster Hunter to hit the 3DS.

Dark Souls would be horrendous on the 3DS.

Maybe if they completely reworked it, but it takes super precise movements and super fast reflexes, and it seems kind of hard to integrate a touch-screen in a way that isn't tacky or a pain in the ass.

If they can't get fluid framerate on the consoles, I doubt they could do it on the 3DS.

I could barely rotate the screen, let alone move.

FPS drops are usually in Blighttown, the Crystal Caves, New Londo, and the Great Hollow. Besides that it usually runs pretty smooth, though.

Wow what the fuck I invade this guy in Sen's Fortress while he's summoning phantoms and I head straight to the room after the snake girl that shoots lightning (the one with the trap panel and chest behind her) and I stand next to some of those statues and use Chameleon. I wait about 10 minutes and they finally start heading out. The two phantoms go into the room first and activate the trap. They just stand around waiting for the host to come. They don't do anything in the room and I'm just standing there waiting, disguised. Then out of no where the host comes flying through the door and bee-lines straight to me. He doesn't even take a second to look around the room or anything. He literally runs through the door and goes straight for me. The other two phantoms had no idea what was going on. I ended up rolling out of the room and off the ledge and I died.

I just had some asshole low level gravelord at the first parish bonfire wearing GIANTS ARMOR, just come up to me while I bowed to him and 3 shotted me with a lightning scythe. What a fucking cunt, while I was bowing.

Man, Invaders are seriously the worst type of people.

Was playing at a friend's place recently and every time I resurrected I got invaded and murdered then raped. Does this game have no decency?

I want a respawning raid boss. And new armor. And weapons.

There are a lot of fake announcements going around right now. Your best bet is to just not believe anything unless you see a trustworthy source.

I loved Demon's Souls, I bought Dark Souls, I played it. I was never too involved with the game's community, but eh.

I'm sure there will be scans soon, it's just that NeoGaf doesn't allow them.

If anyone here uses Tumblr, stay away from the Dark Souls fandom on it. I made a post about how I think invading people just to troll is a dickish thing to do, and I instantly got about 20 replies of people saying I was crying, I was 'buttmad', and that they'd invade me all the time if they could. One guy even called me a Beta, and I have no idea what that even means.
